In Danish the name is "København" (roughly derived from the words for merchants' harbor or buyers' haven). Population over 1 million in Copenhagen. It is an easy train and ferry ride from Northern Germany (Hamburg has the St. Pauli district which has brothels, sex shops and probably strip clubs).
I am from Massachusetts and it appears that it is a handicap in terms of airline ticket pricing. I am wondering if any of you will have an insight into how to do better in terms of pricing. Month of August. I am seeing a rise in price over the last few days (Aug7.Aug 22 tentatively). Over $550 now on non stops.
Also, would people comment on Spirit airline experience? I never flew them and notice they charge even carry-ons.

They charge for all bags both ways. Their arrival and departure times are very good for vactioning. Early arrival and late afternoon departures is excellent. However you are charged for carryv on and checked baggage. Do the math and see if it works.

Unless you want to be the last person on the place, have to stand, and not ask the flight attendant any questions, the price is the same as the rest. They probably charge you to use the bathroom. Bring your own toilet paper (that probably counts as a carry on, LOL).

I was trying to split the flights but I fear it is not worth taking a chance on an unknown (for me) and now disparaged airline.

You do pay extra for suitcases and $30 each way for a carry on. I found the experience to be OK and the seats were more comfortable than AA. Did not know about the toilet paper, as I prefer to use the facilities in the terminal. Overall I prefer Spirit to AA, but one has to take many factors into consideration deciding what flight to take.

BOS-MIA AND MIA-POP / STI / SDQ on Spirit and the pricing that way looked better but when I have to add 4X$30 for cabin luggage (I never travel with check in. To the DR) , it did not look so attractive any longer plus I am afraid that they might hassle me with the size of luggage (if luggage is a revenue earner) if it does not fit in or there is no room overhead, making me lose my connection so I am planning to stay true to "trueblue", despite the damage!

This year I have a mad idea: to come to Dominican Republic (5th travel in 10 years) , book an all-inclusive (Gran Bahia Principe Ambar is the one I am thinking about) at Punta Cana and hire 2 local girls for a 15 days long 3some.
I chose Punta Cana because I like the sea more than Puerto Plata's one (been at Oxygen 4 years ago.)
This way I avoid the expensive flight and fees for the escort / s from Europe. And help the local economy as well. Hihihihi.
But this way I have no wingman, and the girls are more free to cause problems, as they are local and with such links that an european escort doesn't have.
My spanish is only beginner level.
The 2 girls are Facebook friends from Santiago (but never met up in real with them, as happens with a lot of facebook "friends") , maybe semi-pro but I don't think they are real pro's. They speak only few english. Communication problems?
But, beyond the fantasy, I have a few questions for the experts, both for economic question as well as for security questions, as I read about a scam attempt with police and legal (well, in Sosua, but I fear that could happen to me too.).
What do you think could be a correct daily price for their services? They asked 4500 pesos / day for everyone, and checking the forum I found it could be quite correct (=1st+1lt) , anyway I cannot sure have 6 "pops" a day for 15 days! ; but in my opinion the GFE factor could be worth this extra.

How to pay them? I believe a daily pay could be less practical, but more secure (I fear a "no-show" or worse, an early departure, as they only have to leave and go home, something an european escort could do only with the flight extra costs.)

Thanks for any help![/QUOTE]15 nights at the Gran Bahia Principe Ambar all inclusive hotel in Punta Cana, for 3 people will probably cost over $4,000US. You might get lucky with the two chicas you know from facebook and they might be excellent company, but it is not 100% a sure thing. There are numerous apartment (condo) rentals in Punta Cana and Bavaro (also villa rentals). Some condos rent out for around $100 per night. If you rented a $100 per night condo for 15 nights the cost would be $1500. Some condos have digital safes to put your passport and money. You could invite facebook amigas to visit you at your condo, if you want, pay them $100 per day, if they don't work out, send them home. You could also rent a condo for your first 5 nights in the DR, invite your amigas over to the condo, if they are nice, then you can spend your last ten nights with them at an all inclusive hotel. Chicas whom you have never met in person, to pay for them for 15 nights at an all inclusive, is something I would probably not do (I don't believe all inclusive hotels let you change the guests who will be staying in your room on a daily basis).
Ask any chicas if they have a cedula (Dominican identification card) and tell them you need to see it. Most of the DR women who I have invited over to an apartment in DR, cooked and cleaned without me asking, they offered.
There will be a new highway opening soon, connecting Punta Cana to La Romana. 4 lane highway. One of my favorite places in the DR is Bayahibe. Bayahibe is a small town with 4-5 all inclusive hotels, condo rentals and villas. Good number of Italians in Bayahibe. 10-15 minutes from Bayahibe is La Romana. La Romana has some p4p venues, as well as other bars that get non-pro and semi-pro type chicas. Bayahibe is adjacent to a large National Park so it has not been overbuilt. Beaches in Bayahibe are nice. Catalonia all inclusive hotel in bayahibe during off season is about $120US for two people, very nice all inclusive hotel. Some condo rentals are in gated complexes like Cadaques (bayahibe).

Don't do it! Too many things can go wrong. With the sort of money you are looking to spend you can have a wonderful sex holiday in the DR with a different plan, one chica, two chicas or twenty, your choice. For a start, I would wait until I was here and had spent some time with the chicas before committing to them longer term. Also you might find staying in an all-inclusive hotel rather restrictive.

There is no guarantee that the two girls will get on together over 15 days, because jealousies will almost certainly break out, yet if they DO get on well together, that may be even worse as they will conspire against you to rip you off at every turn.
$4500 per day each is way too much anyway. They are not pros? Sure they are pros.
If you want, get one to visit, see if it works out, pay her a daily rate, then maybe add the other and see if it works out. But it would be crazy to make a 15-day commitment to either one.
