I went to both Sweet Paradise clubs recently. First of all I must mention the car service they have. If you want to visit the other club, a driver takes you there for free and you do not pay an entrance fee.

I started at the former Dolly place. The music was to my liking, but the girls were very pushy. I felt that they wanted to go to the room from my first second in the club.

The original Sweet Paradise was much better. There were more girls, and the quality was better. This time around it was OK sitting with a girl having drinks. I guess the taxi driver gets a percentage from the visitors he brings to the club. That is a reason for me to avoid taking a taxi to Saint Pauli. I guess the thing is to use public transport or take the taxi to some place near and walk from there.

By the way: Did I miss something? Is Saint Pauli a great place to visit in Prague? If you know, please share!

I've been trying to get info on that place too. One time 2 summers ago I was in the Misch Masch club and met a girl and talked to her for about 30min then she and her friend said they were leaving and asked me if I want to come. Yes, in certain nightclubs taxi drivers get commission for each client they bring in (from 500 czk to 1500 czk per "head" dependings on the club!). Especially St. Pauli, Velvet, Escade, Cabaret Amsterdam, Lotos club... All these clubs are out of center and can't easily attract guests (even cabarets & nightclubs in the city center like Darling, Atlas, Sexy Gogo, Sugar and Empire are now fighting for customers beside their location).

So never listen to a taxi driver :) He will only drives you to a place where he can make extra cash, not to a place that will fulfill your wishes :)

I went once to St Pauli. The only one good looking girl was the barmaid :) All other girls (5 girls in total) were all terrible looking: between 30 and 40 y.o., overweighted and absolutely not interested in their job but in your $$$ only! I don't need to tell you girls were very pushy with "lady's drinks"! And regular drinks are expensive as well! No one girl was "doable", I only had one beer and left...

In the past smaller clubs had a larger selection than today (between 8 and 12 girls was very common in the nineties) and regularly had some young (18-22 y.o.) and really good looking girls (model types).

Today smaller clubs like Dransy, Karla, Extasy, Ariadne, Rita, Caribic, Tango, club 161, Bumerang... don't have more than 4 or 5 girls to offer (sometimes 2 or 3 girls only). And don't expect model type girls anymore (most of them are rated 4 to 6 imho).

Small night clubs will always find girls to hire but what about the quality... :( Good looking girls (from 8+ to 10) are not working in small night clubs anymore, they just look for a rich boyfriend to fulfill their needs... And the model type girls going into prostitution don't go for one or two thousands crowns anymore (usually clubs pay girls between 1000 and 2000 czk per hour).

So don't pay entrance fee in small night clubs without having a look at the girls first because most of the time it's a waste of money!

But don't be wrong, there is still nice & pleasant girls in Prague with who to have fun & good time!

Agree CZ women are great; BUT Oligarch are all over the world. I travel often to CZ for our hobby BUT I also have some information about the current salaries for the current and normal women there. Therefore, for me (aand maybe some others) not ready to pay over prices not in line with the local prices and salaries
