Visited Delhi few months back. Was staying at a 4 star place at Lajpat Nagar for company conference with colleagues. I was new to Delhi mongering scene. Contacted a SP and asked him if the hotel allowed girls. He said he will manage the front desk by paying money. After one hour he brought the girl who was young but below average.
