DFK: didn't ask.

Some SP's just quote exorbitant amounts and still manage to get away with it. I know one guy in ex PM Nagar whose end digits are 308 quotes pretty high.

Ramesh, I have to agree with most parts of your post. However, I am not sure how demand supply disparity can be addressed.

As stated before there are filthy rich folks in their mid 20's who don't care much about the hike. I have met so many who think money is a one stop solution to everything and it reflects in their approach and attitude. Having said that, your example of sp Alex does inject some hope for price normalisation in this city.

I still get his girls for 5 k St. It's always been my price and will always stay with him. Last time when I was in place close Leela, one of the girl. Was leaving to attend a customer at a known Star hotel and there are some of his clients who are paying 40 to 50 k for couple of hour. So there is this rich class who are ready to shell out the money and there are others.
