Sorry to trouble any and all, but I've now spent a few hours reading the Bogota reports, Reports of Distinction, Maps, Hotels, Chicas, all the relevant threads. I could not find a good overview of Bogota.
Bogota is a big city, about 12 million people, and spread out. Carrerras run parallel to the mountains, north to south. The main carrera closest to the mountains is Carrera 7 (La Septima). Other main Carreras are 13/14? Known as Avenida Caracas, K (for carerra) 30 La Trienta, K 68 and others. There is also a sort of freeway called the Autopiste or NQS which runs north-sount near La Trienta.
Calles run east to west. Calle 0, if it existed, would be the equator, with Calle 10, 20 30, etc north of their and Calle 10 S etc south of their. The main Calle in the center is Avenida Jimenez, about Calle 13 (north). La Candalaria old town tourist area is to the South of Jimenez, from Carrerra 7 to Carrerra 2. North of Jimenez is downtown, el centro, up to about Calle 28. Business hotels, some strip clubs, etc. Mostly offices and shopping.
The red light district is to the west of Avenida Caracas between Calles 22 and 24. Lots of clubs, chicas in front of short term hotels (my favorite) , etc. Somewhat dangerous during the daytime (I don't take much money with me) , very dangerous at night.
The north part of Bogota is the rich part. Around Calle 84 between Caracas and Carerra 10 is the nightclub area (Zona Rosa). Reasonably safe. Lots of restaurants, clubs, expensive chica places, shopping, malls, etc. Keep in mind that from here to Calle 93 and the Parque 93 complex of clubs and restaurants, you are a target. Lots of drunk visitors have been targets of taxi drivers late at night that rob them (and even kill from time to time). Still be cautious.
Between El Centro and the Zona Rosa is Chapinero, a mixed neighborhood with casas, nice areas, bad areas, etc.
Further north the most expensive neighborhood is Barrio Chico, about Calle 100. There are nice hotels and restaurants here as well, but not many chica places. North of that is upscale residencial with malls and normal stuff all the way to Calle 180 or so.
South Bogota is poor (Calle 1South all the way to Soacha).
Use tripadvisor and google maps to find a hotel in the area that fits you best. Most places are somewhat girl friendly, but may want to charge a fee (book your room for 2, make sure the girl has an ID - cedula). There are many massage parlors and clubs that have rooms on site. Use taxis to get around. They have meters and are not that expensive.
Not many people speak English and anyone who talks to you in English on the street is not to be trusted.

Other than ISG naturally. I normally monger in Mexico and Chile but will be in Bogota for a week mid feb. In Santiago I pretty much always use laestokada dot CL for chicas. This way I avoid ripoffs etc, does anyone know of a forum like that in Colombia?
Zing, thanks for your detailed and helpful post. Anyone wanting to hook up for. Beer pm me. Feb 14 to 20th.

Claudia
Has anyone bumped into a tall Blonde with long legs big boobs about 40 in Santa Fe or elsewhere?
If you like you can PM me.
Thanks.
Mel
I arrived in Bogota last night and was in Santa Fe by 1130. The chicas were scarce. I guess it had something to do with it being Sunday night. I got back to my hotel (which is only 2 blocks away) at 2am. I did 4 girls (giving my leche to only the last one). The first one was the best of the barrio. She wanted 30K incl room. I hit another for 20K and yet another for 26K. The last one wanted 30K, but I told her all I had left was 24K. Cool. She had the best pussy of them all. On the fat side though. When I was leaving she told me to be careful. I asked why. She said so nobody will rob you. I showed her my pockets and said look I don't have anything. I told you all I had left was 24K. She said they could rob me of my phone and other valuable. Left all that shit in the hotel honey. I must have walked around that place 20 times last night. My legs were like jelly when I got back to the hotel. One guy latched himself on to me talking chicas this, chicas that, otros lugares and following me around. Man I'm not trying to hear that bullshit. I am just fine by myself on the hunt. On the way to Barranquilla now and Cali in a couple of days.
Alright, so I've been all around Bogota for the last couple months. Shitty places all over with 30k beers and mediocre looking women for 150k.
Finally a taxidriver took me to Fiebre in Barrio Santa Fe and I must say I was not disappointed. They have a striptease going with really nice looking girls that go for 40-50k and drinks are cheap. However this is as you might know a very dangerous area of Bogota. Most taxi drivers won't even go there. But to me its definately worth the risk.
Ill be here for another month so if you need a wingman send me a PM.
Cheers
As Someone Who has Lived in Bogota for Over 2 yrs I will say this-
-This Poster Doesn't Know What he's Talking about- Really. He Is NOT Well ReSearched-
I will say 2 things about Bogota, as someone who knows Co and SA fairly well:
1) Bogota sucks.
2) Castillo, downtown, in "dangerous" area is amazing, ANDNIT dangerous, and best brothel in world.
There is nothing else, in my very well researched opinion.
Bonus: Skip Cartegena. Medellin is quiet. Buenos Aires is a party 6 nights a week. Working girls best in world, but not as good as city. Just go there.
Woodsman 09, I am all ears and can't wait to read your suggestions.
Northern part of the town: fancy clubs and absurd prices like 300 000 COP, better looking girls as a whole but not models and definitely nothing you couldn't find down in Santa Fé, too.
Barrio de Santa Fé (zona de Tolerancia) : El Castillo, Troya, La Piscina, Paisas, Fiebre. Usually 50 000-60 000 COP 20-30 min session.

http://vimeo.com/50344453
This video made me laugh, How typicaly Colombian, putting a serious tone on a 2bit video documentary regarding whether they have the bedsheets on correctly and have a red bag on the bin instead of a green one, plus if the condoms were bought or free. For FUCKS sake!
Colombians have a tendency to focus on the wrong things, hence no mention of child prostitution, drug use, unprotected sex, STDs, crime and drunk driving in the sector.
The video wasnt even seedy!
Must be something better on Youtube.

Crime is rampant because the police purposely let the muggers and pickpockets roam free there for political reasons. Unprotected sex is very rare in Colombia when dealing with pros, especially BBFS.
Drug use is constitutionally protected and LEGAL. Dealing is not. People don't go to Santa Fe for drugs though, they go to the L.
Drug use is constitutionally protected and LEGAL. Dealing is not.
So how the hell are the users supposed to get the drugs if they don't go to a dealer? Make them themselves?
So how the hell are the users supposed to get the drugs if they don't go to a dealer? Make them themselves?
Buy from a dealer. The dealer is the one risking arrest, not you!
A couple of nights ago, I called to the agency called "laspaisasvip", and got the number through the website.
The girl I wanted was unavailable so they sent a back-up, called Paola.
She had a nice face, avarage body. Had a couple of yellowish teeth.
The attittude was awful, she didn't want to do almost anything, and kept moving my hands off her area. Didn't like it, specially for the amount paid.
If you do want to call an agency, I would recommend www.eroticasbogota.com Very reliable!
Hi all,
Anything like Electra (Cartagena) in Bogota? For those not familiar is where all the semi-pros and LDV leftovers or shift-finished and occasional vacationers end up at 4-5 AM when the club just opens. Looking for similar vibe / spots in the capital.
Please reply on here or PM me.
Gracias!
