I was in KL in March of this year, and I'm just now getting around to reporting this. This should indicate how much importance I place on this as a mongering experience. I am posting this only for the sake of completeness, since it is the end of the year.
Anyway, there is a Thai massage parlor in downtown KL that offers FS. The name is Bintang Massage & Reflexology Parlour. Address is Lot L-G-05, Bintang Garden, No. 2, Jalan Walter Grenier, off Jalan Imbi, 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Phone is 03-2148 96 26. There is a menu of various massages from which you can choose. I chose one of them, then got naked on the massage pad on the floor. The masseuse was a Thai woman who was somewhat older than usual, I would guess between 35 and 40. She agreed to extras when I asked, took her clothes off and provided BBBJ and FS in CG. Service was adequate but no more. Of course I gave her a tip.
My impression is that Malaysia is not a great mongering spot for someone just passing through. You probably have to stay there for a while and get to know the place.

1. Yes, still open. Name is Deluxe, I think. Check the KL FAQ, should be in there. Don't know the operating times but most places have last call at around 11pm to 11:30pm.

Thanks to Azman for his info about the decent place in KL city. Called to the MP and book the WL. Reached there, the environment was good, everywhere you can see the aroma flowers and smelt good. There was one mat salleh in front of me when I walked to the place, apprently, he also went in to the same place.
I was usher to a nice room, changed into a short and this lady came in. At the age of 40++, she still look good, maybe western lady always look good although they are in 40++ :) She washed my leg in a small pail and then ask me to lie down on the floor.
