*There is no rule or anything that it's forbidden.
*It would probably not be frowned upon, other guests or staff might find it strange but I think it would be tolerated. No one would probably say "Stop!
*I was in Sharks about two dozen times and I have never seen it.
*Sharks is usually so crowded with girls and visitors that there would possibly be a lot of people watching, not just 4 or 5.
*I have never asked any girl, but my personal expectation would be that most girls would reject it though you might still find a few who would do it among the 100+ girls.
It also depends a bit on your definition of "public". It would probably be harder to convince a girl to do it openly on one of the sofas in the main hall. What would be easily possible and probably much easier to convince a girl is to do it in one of the rooms downstairs and letting the door open, so people can come in. Or in one of the small cabins on the upper floor or near the bathrooms, or in the summer outside. I think you might more easily find a girl for this and it would also be quite unproblematic.
