Last June they asked me a passport for set up a 3 G data package on my sim card, I did not have a passport with me, so I show them my thai drive license. Also at Vasu Exchange they always asked me a passport.
I bought an AIS voice and 4 G package SIM card in the company AIS store in Suvarnabhumi two months ago.

Free SIM cards
Strange as it may seem, all passengers from my flight were handed free and anonymous SIM cards upon disembarkation at Suvarnabhoomi airport.
And yes the cards worked perfectly fine.
All new to me. I've visited LOS 3 times in the last 2 years and on each occasion I bought a SIM card at the DTAC store in Suvarnabhumi Airport arrivals. I've wasn't asked for ID on any occasion. Only Baht.
Sim card
Now it is compulsory to show your ID then only you are going to get SIM. Even Locals have to submit there ID. They not only check the ID they also punch the ID detail against that particulate SIM.
I buy my SIM card (AIS) at the Terminal 21 mall. The AIS store is located on the top floor along with other Mobile stores (Samsung / Nokia).
In the last two years, they ALWAYS asked for my Passport. In fact, one time I forgot to carry my Passport and they did not budge. I had to walk all the way back to my Hotel to get my Passport.
It is possible that this store is more strict because it is a Company owned store. But now it has become a habit and I always carry my Passport when I have to buy a SIM card.
I mean to say, do we need to show photo ID / passport at entry to places like clubs, bars, Oilies, soapies, etc in Bangkok?
If yes is it safe to carry original passport with one in these places in the dark when you are drunk. I would prefer to keep these things in safe of my hotel room rather, if not mandatory?
Any expert guidance?
Thanks,
In some countries you are required to have identification papers on your person, however this is not strictly adhered to. A good idea is to have a photocopy made of your passport and then laminate that copy and simply cut to size. This way it fits most pockets and you can secure your passport in your hotel.

Not bad overall
Idealiter I would not have a fat or chubby girl, but from what I have seen from her pictures you can better say this is a big girl or well proportionated.
She has wide hips, large breast. But you do not get ditectly the impression that it is a fat girl.
I have to wait, see and feel (and there is a spare number of volumteers available); this girl was quickly answering, did not ask for money and only seems to want to have sex with a older farang (and. I am 90 kg by 173 cm so i cant be too critical).
Anyhow thanks for your input!
Yesterday afternoon I met up with this girl. Very good attitude and willing for a lot.
After a nice late lunch we had a look (on my suggestion) to the movies but it would take to much time to wait fir the next movie to start so we decided it was time to go to my apartment to continuing.
Lot of kisses, 5 hours of fun on the bed with only anal not allowed, she had to leave at 8 PM (that was already mentioned from her before as she had to go out of the country for several days) and asked if shou could return mid this week and stay for several days. I left the answer open because some days will make me realy tired and I need my freedom to.
Late afternoon no. 2 is willing to meet with me. We met on the last day that I was in Bangkok before and on that time I didn't want to force. Today we will see if we can bring this "to the next level" or. Not.
Welcome to be back.

If you make a photocopy be sure to make a copy of your visa or visa exemption as well.
In case they do ask to see some ID, will they accept a copy? I have no idea, as it never has happened to me.
According to several reports on this and other forums the police accepts a copy. But that was before the new regime so things might have changed.
Don't know about clubs and the like because like you say they never ask for it.

t.
In twenty plus visits to Bangkok and travel over most of the country north of Bangkok, I have never been stopped and asked for my passport. Even at the occasional road block. And this applies to Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Getting a local train in Myanmar often requires a passport when buying ticket.
I do however carry a photocopy of the 'identity page' and the current visa from my passport in my wallet.

Whenever you want to exchange currency etc. But in my 3 visits to Bangkok, I was never stopped or asked for the passport. Going again in a month or so.

Outcalls & Gogo
Hi Guys,
Its been over a year that I visited Bangkok. In all my 3 previous visits never tried any gogo bars. Its always been the soapies, Nuru or Outcalls (only tried 1 pick up). Huge fan of outcalls. LIke the comfort of my hotel room. Tried all the stars who left mostly (Apple, Vodka, Pinky, Candy etc) and a few agencies.
Having done some research in the forum, Thanks to Syzygies, Paul and all the seniors and other members who contributed to the forum. Crazy house seems to be on top of my list, and a couple of escorts from the agencies. Thanks to Gulf. Also would like some suggestions on outcalls from Mango, Cherry, Bamboo etc (The new girls, I have no idea who is good). Probably meet Candy and see how her new shop is running. SHe keeps chatting with me once is a while. She was my first A+ so have that connection.
Would really appreciate if you guys could give me some suggestions on clubs, gogos, complete newbie when it comes to those 2. Will be staying on Soi11.
Thanks guys.
Later.
AR.

Gentlemen's Clubs
I have been to Soprano House in BKK and like the vibe. I never tried to take a girl from there though. Can you find women willing to play for pay at these places or is that not realistic. Also, what are the better Gentlemen's Clubs in BKK. I will be back in BKK in October.
Thanks for your help.
