I don't know what to say. This can be good and bad.

Legalizing it means no more fears, better variety, cleaner, and safer. But this also means it'll be a lot more expensive.

I know it ain't that expensive in comparison to Japan, Europe, or America. But if you compare it to China, Vietnam, Philipines, Thailand, taiwan's rates are too high, girl quality is too low, and the service is mediocre. (I'm not being a hypocrite, I've been to China and the Philipines. It's a plain fact.)

Now, another advantage of legalizing it, and this I'm looking forward to, the possibility of having fish bowls and underground brothels which provides girls without a license, hence meaning part-timers, pretty much most of the girls we have currently.

What I'm really trying to say, just leave it the way it is.

Illegal always means prices go up, if legal competitors will come and prices will go down.

It was the same with alcol, when it was not allowed in USA 80 years ago, it was available, but for a high price. Once legalized the price dropped.

I am sure the "one floor one phoenix" appartment will be open to every one, they might even have an internet page like the 141 in Hong kong.

I stop seriously mongering in Taipei over 10 years ago for a mulititude of reasons, from having a high profile wifey family on the island to the high cost of the island. If I'm in Taipei for a length of time, I usually fly over to the mainland for a few days of fun. Even with the cost of the airfare, hotel and expenses, it is still way cheaper and the quality of better in the motherland. The selection on the other side of the strait is just so much more plentiful and cheaper with similar or better quality. The other problem is potentially running into "wifey's" family while walking out of a working girl house. Wifey's family is very high profile and well connected, damn, I could be missing permanently if caught with goods or remnants of the goods. A short hour plus plane ride is a safe distance of comfort.

But I for one prefer and look forward to mongering in Taiwan all the time simply because thats the one place where I have had the most GFEs. For that money, you can get 2-4 (younger & prettier) girls a night elsewhere. From my experience, I've been to Thailand, Singapore, China and Taiwan (the longest). All I can say is that you can get GFEs anywhere especially in Thailand where the girl will literally be like live-in girlfriend for a fraction of the cost of Taiwan. China girls are prettier in general and at the same time. 1/2 the cost of Taiwan. If you don't choose provider for looks & body then what do you choose them for? If you aren't the elephant man, You can get average looking girls (in Taiwan or elsewhere) for free and GFE them until the cows comes home. But thats not why we pay isn't it? There are some hotties with good attitudes for reasonable price in Taiwan but you really have to hunt for them. If I spent as much effort as I do hunting for them elsewhere, I guarantee I would have cheaper, much better experience.

My first preference is Filipina followed by Indonesian followed by Thai. I have a Shanghai trip this week, and really quite neutral as to whether to go playing there / here. That's a month salary for most college graduates here for just one night. Of course they will make you feel like a king for that type of dough, but at the end of the day you are out of 25K and you know damn well that not in a million years will they be your girlfriend. They will keep in touch with you (for that next 25K) and even go out clubbing with you, etc, etc. But they also treat every person willing to fork that money that 'special. ' You can literally rent a live-in girlfriend in China and several in Vietnam for that price. To me, it is the time together that counts. Otherwise, just goto a talking bar if you want some intellectual stoking by a beautiful girl (they have that too in China). When it comes to sex, it maybe all business in China (there are always exceptions if you do your homework) , but in Vietnam, you can have 2-3 college age girls a month and they will treat you like royalty 10 times over. I swear some of Vietnamese are as beautiful, if not, more than Taiwanese girls and you can't even tell them apart until they start speaking. What I'm saying is that nobody is worth 25K a night unless they are your girlfriend period. And even if they are, you shouldn't be paying them.
