This is not the Brazil Country Thread
I do not see any signs of low season in the real Pattaya. You know that part of the economy that is not dependent on International Trick arrivals.
I was just in Central (That is what locals call the big mall on 2nd Road in central Pattaya). The place is jumping with activity. Lots of smiles and people enjoying their lives.
My Asian brothers be walking around with girls that put the ugly hags I see walking around with (a certain type) of farang (who is ugly, old and fat) to shame. Of course they not like us. Some of those who look like me be having some serious eye candy on their arms.
Restaurants have waiting lists and queues. If you are measuring the season by International Tricks present and are a visitor, I can understand how you perception is warped. But I am posted up here. I see the real deal. There is a vibrant bustling economy in spite of the lack of International Tricks roaming the street. I like it that way. Because the worst part of Thailand is the old, ugly, fat farangs with bad attitudes that are walking around the lovely city of Pattaya in the Kingdom of Thailand.
