Can you please explain this service. I am new to Asia and will make my first trip to .jp next month. Does this include FS?

From Ikebukuro and Shinjuku Stations, take the JR Saikyo line to JR Akabane Station and transfer to the JR Keihin Tohoku line for Nishi-Kawaguchi Station. It's simpler from the JR Ueno Station. The Keihin Tohoku line goes directly to the JR Nishi-Kawaguchi Station. AT2
