Hi guys, I'm heading to the DR for the first time next month for a few weeks. I saw that I need an e-ticket to get in and leave. Printing one at home is no problem, but I don't own a cell phone or laptop, so does the airport in PP have any public computers where I can print one out? Or, is there a place in Sosua with public computers? Also, thinking about staying at Seabreeze. Good choice, or is there any better options for a cheap place that serves breakfast?

Once you check in they will give you a boarding pass. That should get you through security to board your flight. No need to have E Ticket printed.
When you get in they will just ask to how long you are going to stay. No need to show proof of return ticket. If you want to be safe ask the airline to print out your ticket when you check in to travel to DR.

It has to be filled out up to 72 hours before your flight. Here's the link:

DR immigration has since gone paperless, so I was curious if there was public Internet access at the airport, or in town where I could fill this out and print it. From what I understand, completing the form generates a code that has to be scanned upon arrival and departure.

Go on Amazon and buy an unlocked phone for less than 200 usd. I've gone in and out of the Dominican Republic 3 times in the last three months and you need that e ticket immigration form and the bar code. American wouldn't even let me do anything until I filled out the form. Some airlines ask for a return ticket and some don't best to be prepared. Just go to the American airline site and book a return ticket but use the 24 hour hold. They will send you an email with your confirmation number to show if someone asks. The 24 hour hold will expire automatically and you won't be charged but you have the ticket.
Just out of curiosity, how are you going to communicate with the girls in the DR without a phone or laptop.

Immigration form, customs form, and covid form. Or like you said, you can do it at home and print out the scan code. Maybe your hotel will have a computer that you can use to print out before going home.

As for the girls, I've been reading reports that say it's "like shooting fish in a barrel", so I'll treat it like food: when I'm hungry, I'll eat, when I want a girl, I'll get one off the beach. Short time, catch and release, no strings. That's how I do it in Santa Fe, Bogota. (Yes, I can speak passable Spanish). I usually travel once a year, and wanted to try someplace new. Cash is tight, and I can't afford Costa Rica or Panama prices, but with daytime prices here in the 1,500-2,000 peso range, I can swing that. I'll tell you what brother, I'm looking forward to those dark chocolate bunnies. I'll write a report when I return.
Mr. E, thanks for the tip. Good to know they still have paper forms. Worst comes to worst, I'll ask the hotel if I can print it out there, after asking where to get an antigen test. Have to love red tape.

On Expedia a lot of the flights have free 24 hour cancellation. Same thing Mr Gogo said, just purchase a ticket to anywhere then copy the itinerary. Go back and cancel and you won't even be charged. I always use a different airline than I'm flying on for my onward proof, that way the check-in person doesn't have access to that system to determine whether or not it's valid.
I have been to Sosua before Pandemic and I enjoyed it. I am currently leaving Mexico because of new restrictions being enforced and I am considering a weekend in Sosua. Is curfew still 11:00 pm? Is there any nightlife at all? Is Ahnvee worth checking out? Is there a good amount of chicas in the 7-8 range or mostly hardcore pros? I am reading conflicting reports on what its like right now, any updates from people who have been recently or are there would be greatly appreciated.

You are in Mexico I will say in my opinion the ladies walking in Sosua don't look anywhere near as good as chicas in Hong Kong in Tijuana. There is a report on here from a guy that say he was overwhelmed by Sosua and he had been to FKK's and Tijuana so to me depends on your standard if they are low then you will see dimes all over the place and have a great time. You said you enjoyed it pre Pandemic so y ou would likely enjoy it now as it's the same girls.
I had a short time to sneak away while in the area. Early in the afternoon I had some free time. After walking up from Sosua Beach I walked back to Dr. Alejo Martinez street. Approaching Dr. Rosen street I saw two girls walking together, one of which was a very petite spinner. Probably 90 pounds or so, dark hair, light skin, pretty face. Said she was from Santo Domingo. I asked if she was working and she said she was. I asked her her age to make sure as well. She gave some weird name that I did not understand and then told me her name was Daniela. I asked her for the price and she said 1500 for ST. I asked her about a place as mine wasn't available. She took me back to her place which worked for me, but it was basically a dorm room big enough for a bed and a non functional shower. Just a bucket to bathe with. She had a wonderful slim body. CBJ and cowgirl and I didn't last. Decided it was time for me to get back rather than go for a seconds round. I gave her her money and then she got weird and insisted we had a agreed to 3500 for ST. I speak Spanish, it was 1500. She kept calmly arguing over it while on her phone. Before any "friends" could show up or whatever I gently pushed past her and left and grabbed the first guagua I could find. Would have been a great experience if she hadn't made it weird at the end.

Next time you pick up a stranger, show her the agreed money and tell her there is a propina, if she makes you happy.
Always, always, have an exit strategy.
