Your experiences and mine are the main reason why I decided back in 1992 to photograph and/or videotape almost every girl in the nude I've been with regardless of whether or not I had sex with them. If she's relunctant and shy (most are), make up your own sob story along the lines like ". . . your girlfriend back home broke your heart and your here to get over her and I just want something of you to take back with me to remember you by. . .". I personally prefer to videotape the girl before we have sex, if ever, because that way I get what I want first and thus, sex can either be optional or the icing on the cake. It's also a good way to check if she's of legal age (most Filipinas are late bloomers and won't have a bush until they're 17), especially if you got her through a tout.

Hello Everyone... this is I love Cebu. I haven't been on the forum in quite a while and my old account seems to have been deleted. I was just in Cebu for the Sinulog festival in January and I must say it was excellent.

Cebu Local - How are things?

I stayed at the Waterfront Lahug with a corp. rate of 2600 PHP/night, just slightly lower than the local/expat rate of 2800 PHP per night. The 2600 rate I paid was of course much higher than the local rate of 1499 PHP that was being offered last June.

In response to the previous post by tourist_bob: I too have scored at least a dozen girls on internet chat rooms; especially IRC. While they aren't prostitutes one must use caution and a good sense of judgment, as many of these girls are easily picked up and can go around and around easily, and like prostitutes, some will carry STDs.

Some I know feel more comfortable hiring a "high-class bargirl"; knowing that they get screen weekly for STIs/STDs and quarterly for HIV. Of course, regardless of how much you pay, the risk is pretty much the same... pretty much 50/50; you either will catch something, or you won't.

I must argue with your comment about Filipina's "really loving white people"... When I stayed at the Waterfront this time around... I noticed two girls sitting in the Lobby Lounge having drinks. It was fairly obvious that they were prostitutes looking for a client. I know the probability of obtaining a STD or STI depend on numerous and various type of factors, however I wasn't stating a probability or an assumption that everyone is at equal risk - that is not the case.

I was just merely trying to say that if you have sex with someone regardless if they are considered high-risk or not - the FACT is you will acquire an STD/STI or you will not - and that it what I meant by 50/50.

If you want me to elaborate on the stats. and different probabilities, I don't mind at all... but I think now you understand what I meant in the original post.

According to the WHO, The Philippines remains a low HIV prevalence country (2002).

Indeed Patricia Javier is a looker.. but I was surprised you think the others looked ordinary.. Well, we all do have our preferences.. :) Their status and the mere fact that they are celebs heighten the overall experience, for me anyway. You can take some pics, get her to autograph your favorite picture of her on a cover of FHM, and you have some bragging rights. Maybe I'm just young and like the excitement, so I think it is good on occasion... but at apprx. 20,000, this wouldn't be something I would go for too often.

hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice:

Hi, sorry but I'm not aware on cybersex ecc. but I would like you to know that I've visited Phls. since 89 some 60 times, mostly for business reasons but I use to enjoy also, thinks changed since then, not as much as in Thailand but a little too.
