Heading for Macau in a few weeks I need some tips; which saunas offer two shots? And what about shower girl? Haven't experienced that before, they join you for a HJ, or how do you proceed if you'd want one with you in the shower, haven't seen this priced anywhere before. Thanks a million for your help!

I don't think you got rip off you got 2 girls and $ 223 usd is about right and all the other service, you can get a package deal in Hk Shuntak ferry bld included round trip ferry and one girl viet massage for about $120 usd, for the quality and serivce you can't get this in the US, if you go to sauna 18 and Rio it will cost you more.

You didn't get ripped off by Supreme Sauna, in fact you got a good deal. Two sessions with the wash girl ~396 + 1288 double fly + 118 for pedicure (I don't remember the charge for manicure) + tips for the crew (I usually give $20 HKD for each tip). I always pay in cash and never use the CC. The Macau Peso is at parody with the HKD and establishments will give paper currency change back in HKD if you request it, but coins are MOPS. I didn't know they had chicken wings over there (is this like a nightime buffet as I show up in the mid-afternnon), thanks for sharing that as that is what I'll ask next time as a regular. Glad they treated you good.
But the ferry screwed you! LOL! You could buy a regular ticket and request standby for the earlier ferry after passing customs, like at the airport.
Oh yes, rare to find a Korean inside Supreme Sauna. Not saying there wasn't one, but me thinks he was very Chinese. And ear cleaning are usually done by girls. Foot massage are always done by males inside the high-class spas. Relax, the foot massage is really professional.

I have been visiting only Rio sauna on my previous visits to Macau so I decided to try 18 base on everyone's recommendation. Bought the package for 18 and also paid 600 for one night stay at Rio hotel at the HK ferry. Arrived at Rio around 6pm and decided to see what talent is available at Rio first in order to compare to the girls at 18. I was totally disappointed after seeing the line up so I took off for 18.
My first observation about 18 is the sauna is not as nice as Rio. There are way too many people there and the sauna area seems to be a bit run down. When I first entered the pool area, the show was just starting where about 40 to 50 girls would walk around the pool showing their nice figures. Nice... I was bold enough to walk up to the girls and took a closer look at them while all the guys were just standing at the corner. I have to say the talents at 18 are a lot better and plenty compared to Rio. I picked a tall 5"8 model type girl with really nice body and also long leg. I was told by one of the waiter that I have to pay another 400 for the model which I agreed. I was later lead to a smaller room. The girl whose number I forgot came in and gave me a body to body bath and we went to work afterward. Overall, I am very pleased with 18.

It is possible the Lisboa girls might not want you due to prejudice or for fear you are too "big" for them. I can't say for sure--but others have been shut out there as well. It will be imminently obvious that you have found the right place once you find it. Have only seen Chinese girls there, no idea if they speak English or not since I've only communicated with them in Mandarin.
Generally look very good, but took the dive for the first time recently (have done plenty of "sight-seeing" in the past) and was a little disappointed. Service was no better than the 141s here in HK, try to get you to pop quickly and rush you out the door, but maybe I just had bad luck.
Price is HKD800. The girl I took even tried to ask for a tip. I gave her a HKD1000 bill and she asked if I wanted change. If she had taken her time and was not so rushed I would've considered letting her keep it, but given the service provided, I insisted on getting my HKD200 change.
Decided to take advantage of low fares between London and HK, and Macau and BKK, and route my annual visit to BKK via HK. Difference in fares helped finance an overnight fuckfest in Macau, and merited my first ISG posting.
Followed previous advice on this board to not take transit direct from HK airport to Macau (160 HKD), but took train to HK (100) plus ferry (170 single. As not returning on ferry, didn't bother with packages at Shun Tak terminal, so shld probably have done transit, though exchange rate at airport lousy and ATMs in HK on the way.
Started with Darling 1.a 5 min walk from ferry along covered walkway to Jai Alai, you can't miss the Darling neon sign on left- down to street then lift to 3rd floor. Chose a viet who gave good sop service – as soon as we got in the bath I noticed in anticipation the seat on the side for use for the bath blow prior to transit to the bed where all holes were covered. The building, as well as the action, a bit on the seedy side, and I was led on a mini tour of Macau from reception to room and back.
Rather than pay for hotel, and not yet finished for the night, turned right outside street entrance and took a five min walk along road parallel to Amizade to the Golden Dragon casino.remember, the casino, not the hotel- took lift to 6th floor and was welcomed at the reception for Sauna 18. Layout of premises exactly as precision-mapped by one eyed monger in his fine report of 05-22-07. Reckoned that as this was a Wednesday it wouldn't be too crowded, but there were still a fair number there so I wouldn't want to go at the weekend. Huge number of quality girls in line-up, preceded by Jap TV style humiliation game where 2 stunners smooched around the punters, a lottery was drawn, and the lucky winner had his towel removed and cavorted in soapy tub with them both. Followed by a lucky dip, but instead of a bran tub, it was search the plastic necklaces in the soapy bathtub and girls. Not being up for this sort of activity, I managed to hide the background. I was the only gewilo at the time, but I noticed another one later.
Chose a Chinese girl, gave her number to the man, then moved on to don the PJs and into the lounge where I surfed the net and ordered a (non alcoholic) drink. After a while I approached the sex desk and showed my number tag. They consulted their extensive database and I was led downstairs to the fuck floor by a nice man in black. My only criticism of the place is that they left you in the room (with porn TV) for at least 5 mins before your opposite number arrived. The couch in the wet room is uncomfortable when lying on your front, but affords an excellent view when turned over on your back. The full soapy scenario was performed well, and the sweaty section on the bed was also high quality.
Returned back up to the lounge where I weakly succumbed to a series of extras. I rationalised that simultaneous foot massage, shoulder massage and pedicure has to be experienced once in one's life. There's also a fleet of older but very attractive ladies dispensing what was euphemistically termed thigh massage under a towel to various customers with smiles on their faces. After a large bowl of noodle soup I paid a second visit downstairs.Vietnamese- excellent. Having had three pops that evening I decided I could risk a "thigh massage" without anything too exciting happening and it was indeed a curiously unerotic but very sensual and relaxing experience while my neighbour in the next chair slurped his noodle soup. Can't (and don't really want to) remember the prices in detail, but the girls were about 1600 (no 1), 1100 (inc return discount) and the extras were 110 each (thigh 130). Still, cheaper than London.
After some sleep, I left at about 8. 00 am for a walk in the rain through the old quarter, a taxi to the airport and flight to Bangkok, of which more on that board later.

I also visited 18 this week, though on Tuesday, the night before the previous poster. Despite being early in the week, I was amazed by the number of guys. Fortunately, I was also amazed by the number of girls, and their overall quality. In the line-up I saw at around 11pm, there were about 150-170 girls. Most were nice, some really attractive. I chose a 22 yr old from Guizhou, Yao Minority, who was delicious, fun and really enjoyed the sex.
The same pre-line up activities occurred. I got to 'dance' with one of the girls and groped a fine pair of breasts. Fortunately, she latched on to me before she started undressing other guys she latched onto! I guess the winner of the lucky dip got a free session with the girl. If so, lucky guy!
The cost for me was 1534, with no extras. Not cheap, but the quality at this and other saunas in Macau really is very good.

After reading all of the glowing endorsements, decided to visit 18 recently for the first time during a weekday. Arrived around 3pm. When I was soaking in the large hot tub, the show came on. A line of beauties then walk around me on their way to the line up. At this early hour there were only about 20 but the quality was superb. Took my time to enjoy the facilities and waited for the next round. Fend offer of various services but decided to have a foot massage. Asked the guy about the best time to visit and he recommended after 4pm. He said that's when the girls starts to show up in numbers but the quantity of guys are relatively low.
1/2 hour later, the line up was again presented and I noticed a slight increase in numbers. Decided to take in #280 (I think). A Xi-an girl who looks exactly like the Samsang spokes-model (the one in the the famous Korean movies about a highly energetic girlfriend). Anyway, it was a very nice time although she did not allow touching at the sensitive spot. Nevertheless, I was quite satisfied with the routine. After, enjoyed the facilities and saw a line up in motion while I was cleaning up. The massage guy's comment seems to be true. The number of girls has increase to at least 40. Can't wait to test this theory (and certainly welcome everyone's input). Regardless of timing, for the moment 18 is my spa of choice in Macau.
First night and first visit to Macau went to 18. More to come. Second night went to the Rio and left after half an hour. Damage about 600 for hot bath and short visit to the relaxation room. Rio would win an architectural award over 18 but nothing else. I went back to 18 because the water in the pools is hotter. There are hot shower women around the hot pools. None at the Rio. The relaxation room is like a vast (former) luxury opium den. It feels fantastic, much better than the Rio. The service of food, drink (both free) and the various massages etc is wonderful and of course the show. With more than 100 girls at 4. 30 pm. Maybe it was because it was Grand Prix week. I had a hot bath, enjoyed the show but didn't sample, arranged to meet up with a shower girl later, enjoyed the food and drink and had a Thai thigh massage (111 HKDollars). The only involvement of thighs was my legs over her thighs. The rest was a wonderful HJ and balls massage under a towell. If there is a better temple to sensauality and Hedonism anywhere in the world I'd like to know where. Total damage less than 700 HKDollars. Unbelieveable.

I visited the Boss Sauna twice on my trip in November, 789MOP all inclusive. The first time I took a Chinese lady, whose number I can't remember. Service was good, not outstanding but a solid good. The second time I took a Vietnamese lady, 22 years old. She was number 308, I saw her not in a line up but as I was leaving the pool she was talking to her friend. The best massage service I have had, ever. Better than anything in Bangkok or on my prior trips to saunas in Macau. There was one DFK that lasted the entire session, it was amazing, and it didn't stop until I was finished.
I like the Boss Sauna for 1. The price, 2 it was all inclusive, there was no charge for the table shower, there was never anyone hitting me up for a tip, or to add a second girl. 3. All the staff working were Indonesian chicks, and I feel much more comfortable taking off my cloths in front of them rather than some guy from Burma. They were also real fun to chat with, I was smitten. 4. English newspapers, and if you want to surf the internet they'll bring you a laptop. 5. It seemed like they wanted me to stay after the sex part, even though I would just be eating their food and drinking their drinks, a very relaxed environment.
I vised the Supreme Sauna mostly because of the website [url]www.macau-night-life.com[/url] Before my trip I looked at that a lot. Last year I had a bad experience at the Fortuna Hotel in which the sauna is located when they cloned my credit card and ran up a $2500US tab over in Hong Kong. But the website drew me back.
I did number 998 at the Supreme. You can see her pic on the webite. She had stunning breasts, oh my god, and a real fun personality. The session was good, not as good as number 308 at the Boss, but it was good. What I liked is that fact that she licked my asshole, which unfortunately stopped the DFK, but ti still felt good.
However I did not like the Supreme Sauna over all. The price came out to 1200 MOP, which is much more than the Boss and the Boss had nicer facilities. Also at the Supreme you get hit up for tips and the body scrub is extra! Then as you are doing the body scrub a second girl comes in and hits you up to have two girls for instead of one for however many extra MOP which leeds to four minutes of 'no thanks' which is very annoying. The massage girl also hit me up to do a second girl also but she stopped after one 'no'. The shower room attendants are all me. I don't like that. They also hit you up for tips on two seprerate occasions. Finally, in the sitting around area, the staff was philippina, and honestly they did not have that fun carefree attitude of the Indonesians at the Boss, plus no laptops.
So except for the fact that I can look on the internet and see a picture of a chick that licked my bunghole, I can't recommend the Supreme.

I visited the Hotspot Sauan in November. This was my third visit there and unfortunately the only disappointing one.
The Hotspot is located pretty close to the border with China. I took a bus to the border gate then worked it on foot back to the Sauna, a 15 minute walk. Its interesting up there are there are no tourists just regular Macau life. Because I have been here before it was easy to find the elevator that takes up up. The first time I looked for it a couple years ago I never found it. The next time with better directions I was standing across the street from it looking for a while till I noted the sign and the elevator.
Today the Hotspot was charging 400MOP. On other visits it was 410 or 420. The gentleman brought out a line up of 10 girls, 9 Chinese and 1 Mongolian. The Mongolian had just arrived at work and did not have makeup on but she did speak English, and seemed fun. But unfortunately my dick was thinking for me and I select the cutest of the Chinese girls and young 18 year old. Great face, great petite body.
We go in the room, wash up a bit, a little shower, then directly to the bed where she just spreads her legs and we stated banging. It was nice but I expected a bit more, as I received in the past.
