This is why I give Colombia a 4-5 for fun factor as a mongering destination you have to get the fun out of the chica-pros. Places like Brasil in DR the women love to have fun there and being 28 I love to have a good time when Im mongering and in Brasil or DR you dont have to pull it out of them like Colombia maybe it's a cultural thing or something. Lucky me I have expericence of dealing with Colombianans from my native country Panama so I know what to expect with with them my 1st trip to Colombia. I look pass them looking boring looking because I speak the language and joke around with them and making them laugh, and also because of their beauty, give them shots of Ron Medellin in the Club and once we get back to my apartment let them drink some Grey Goose or Henansey and put on the Reggeaton and than its on and believe they are not bored any more.
Some very nice looking women but in all of these places most of the women just looked bored etc.
I've seen the bored to death look from chicas in all countries. Brasil, DR, Colombia, Venezuela, etc, etc.
Like you said though, you can liven them up muchisimo if you got some charm about ya. I'm at 45 yrs and I love to have fun just as much as I did in my twenties, just now a bit more suave :)
Enjoy amigo!
Not that picky but probably not as horny as I live in the DR so it is different than living in the states and going on a monger vacation. I am here on business and if the mood strikes or there is chemistry will certainly partake but no pressure. I prefer it that way.
Wow, maybe I read your reports wrong but 2 days in Cartagena without finding a suitable chica to have some fun.
Either you're extremely picky or not as horny as most of us.
Enjoy amigo!
As I have stated many times, conversation gets the girls, along with keeping your body looking good, and presenting yourself with proper attire and hygiene. It is that simple wherever you go in this big world, or should I say small world, as I am presently in Thailand, and met Giotto in Bangkok, (Giotto has and moderates his own thread on here for those that do not know, and has a hotel that somewhat caters to ISG members called Livingstones Lodge) After spending time in Bangkok, I then flew over to Phuket only to be sitting in a bar of one of thousands with ISG member Fifty/Fifty, only to have Giotto show up at the same bar we were in!
Is that suave or Romantico
Heya Kdogg21, well you know me, I'll have to go romantico :)

Probably will see you again somewhere.
My first trip to Colombia. I’m flying into Cartagena on April 7th. Only 9 days. I can’t believe the amount of information that is provided on this site. Even if one weren’t interested in sex they would find more information in general about Colombia than any other place on the web.
My plan before I started reading posts on this site was to stay in Getsemani at one of the Hostels. Now however I am more than confused about what area to stay in and where to stay. If there is a place on the site that lists places to stay and places to eat that would be great.
It sounds like Medllin is the place to go. Should I bypass Cartagena and fly on the Medllin?

Just a couple days to check out the chicas in LDV and laugh at offers of 400 pesos, and maybe find a sweetheart or two.
Ya never know.
I suggest you go to Medellin since this is your first time visiting Colombia. The paisas are some of the most beautiful girls in country, and Aussie Greg and his crew will be great guides for you on your first trip.

Ya never know.
I will be there for a few days in June. I hope I don't run into Robert from the mansion there agian or I will just end up drinking all night.
After spending hours reading posts and trying to decide what would be best for me with only nine days to spend in Colombia I decided it best if I stay in Cartagena. Medellin is about $300. More dollars by plane or much cheaper by bus however up to fourteen hours each way. That $300. Is close to what I’m paying to get to Cartagena from Detroit. Medellin and the Mansion sound like great fun. I’ll put them down for a longer visit.
The experts seem to think I should stay in Cartagena’s Centro but I’m going to start out in Getsemani where it is much cheaper and move over to Centro if I’m not happy. I have a list of Getsemani hotels that other sites have said are ok. I have traveled across Honduras, Guatemala, Belize and the Yucatan. I’m pretty much an expert on the Yucatan coast area with nine visits if anyone needs advice. Thanks so much for the advice. I welcome your feedback.
