FKK Sharks - Darmstadt

But I was also reading through Reddit forum. For what it is worth the Reddit forum seems a little more upbeat. Or maybe it is my imagination.

But I am definitely going just to see what it is like and to tick it off the bucket list. And quite frankly I may not ever get another opportunity so I need to make the best of it. Joking aside, in terms of quality of looks and service, I would say that Sharks is no different than it was when I first visited in 2014 so I am sure you will have a great time.

The differences between then and now are:

The price. E50 used to get you 30 minutes and E100 for 60 minutes. Now it's 100 for 30 and 200 for 60 though some girls will accept 150 for 60. The price increase is way above inflation. E50 in 2006 is worth E75 in today's money and E50 in 2020 is worth E63 in today's money is the inflation calculator I used is correct. E50 had become way too low but I felt E80 for 30 minutes and E150 for 60 minutes would have been about right. Anyway that genie is out of the bottle and ain't going back. It's still good value compared to other developed nations.

The certainty. Prior to the 2017 law, there was no real need to negotiate as the clubs set the price and that would ordinarily cover owo, covered sex and if a girl was willing FK and RO. The latter two services girls generally did and if so didn't ask extra, except for in Palace. Now you need to clarify the price and what is covered. Most girls will still include owo, FK and RO within 100 for 30 or 200 for 60 but others will try to upsell them as an extra. Some people don't like negotiating.

The choice. Sharks has 100+ girls but back in 2014, Oase had 80-100 which was around the same as Sharks, Palace 50-60, World 50-60 and Mainhatten 50-60. Comparable quality at all five of them. I would normally aim for a 4 day tour and spend one night at each of Sharks, Oase and Palace before returning to my favourite on the last night. The numbers and the quality at the other clubs has dwindled and they are barely worth visiting. On my last tour I spent all 3 nights at Sharks.

But the above isn't to discourage you as there is more than enough at Sharks and your jaw will hit the floor when you first enter and see 100 plus girls milling around naked. If you want to sample a day away from Sharks, if the weather is nice, I would spend the day at Oase as it has lovely grounds and if you're not satisfied, you can get a cab back to Frankfurt in the evening via Palace which is on the way back and only gets going after 8 pm. You will be able to find a gem or two at both places but won't be overwhelmed with choices. But if you're only planning on Sharks stay in Darmstadt as a cab or uber back to Frankfurt city centre is expensive.

Here's what the Germans complain about mostly, that tourists come for their once in a decade trip and don't care if it's 50€ or 80€ or even 100€ if they are not coming back for another 10 years. They ruin the price structure and while I agree, in the US people tip for mediocre service at virtually every coffee shop and fast food counter. These Walmart style prices are a bargain where in America it can be a 5 X or 6 X price for similar service.

I would actually like to thank everyone who offered their encouragement and advice regarding my upcoming trip. These have allayed my concerns that Sharks was no longer a worthwhile visit. There were a lot of interesting suggestions. Unfortunately while Sharks may not be past its prime I cannot say the same about myself. The idea that I might spend a week hitting up a handful of FKK's and knocking off ten or more beauties is somewhat farfetched. I am not sure I could do ten in a month at this point. But for me it is not about how many rounds I can fire off and more about the general experience of being surrounded by so many celestial bodies with the chance to sample a few.

At any rate this trip was not meant to be a mongering adventure. (I am pretty sure the Mrs would not have OK'ed it if I told her I was going to spend two weeks screwing my way through Europe.) Rather the primary purpose of the trip is to evaluate Albania as a potential relocation destination. So after my FKK pitstops I will head off to Albania for a week to assess the situation. But since I was in Germany (my flight lands in FRA) it was natural to try to get to Sharks. And then I am headed to Zurich for a concert and I am planning a drive up through the Furka Pass. So to visit Globe as well made a lot of sense. And having other "legitimate" activities planned is a good cover to prevent suspicions on the home front.

I do have a question. I was a little surprised that the prime time at Sharks is early evening (maybe 6-9? And I remember reading somewhere (probably on Reddit?) that things are pretty dead after midnight most of the girls have left for the night. So do activities at Sharks really drop off after 10 or 11? Since I only have one night I was thinking that I might stay until closing. But I don't want to be sitting there by myself. Of course, I will play it by ear. But just curious as to what to expect.

Some start on opening, some start at 10 pm. Girls are free at Sharks, when under many rules at Globe, so, even best business, but some girls don't accept Globe rules.

Seeing so many almost naked girls at Sharks and public sex at Globe are experiences to live, even can easily live without experiencing this. Sometimes Albanian girls in FKKs. Also some Germans. Very good point at Sharks is always attracting many new girls, when most new girls don't stay for long at Oase and many girls don't want to work under Globe rules. Can find really good quality, for real GFE with real FK for me, for 100 at Sharks where some girls would have big success at Globe. Funny, some ex Globe or Imperium girls work now at Sharks. There was a time when Oase, World and Palace were great clubs but for various reasons they all went into irreversible decline.

I never went in its heyday but Globe was apparently the best FKK in Europe in terms of looks and service levels.

In the UK, London scene was fantastic from around 2004 but Brexit and the weak pound compared to post Global financial crisis has killed the scene. Likewise in Manchester, Sandys Superstars was the best brothel in the UK but closed abruptly around 10 years ago.

In Madrid, Vive which was the best club in Spain has just closed.

In Dubai, pre-Covid Premiere was the best club with 150+ girls there on weekend nights. But since Covid it is virtually deserted. Before that Cyclone was the best club in Dubai and dubbed the United Nations of Sex with stunning girls from all over the world available for all-nighters for less than $300.

If Sharks is mismanaged like World, or the Romanian economy picks up and goes the same way as Poland, Hungary and Czechia, we'll be talking about how great things were in 2026. I have a full agenda for my trip so I am on a bit of a tight timeline. I was originally planning one night at Sharks. Thursday.
