It is a shame that Palace and World went to the dogs as they had the nicest rooms and facilities. World in particular reminded me of a nice country club.

But the times I went to clubs in Ecuador, there was a $1 charge for sheets and a condom in the few places I visited. Maybe that's GRINGO charge, as my Spanish is poor at best (and even poor, is being kind).

And if you want a super clean, wonderful FKK, try Sakura in Boblingen outside of Stuttgart. Small, but my favorite.

Small, but my favorite.[/QUOTE]Whiskteria Estark by Diana Plus hotel in Madrid also had a towel fee when I visited in 2017 for one or two euros but that worked efficiently as you would pick a girl in the bar downstairs and before you went to the room upstairs there was the towel woman at the bottom of the stairs. Difference was there was no entrance fee for WE and you wouldn't otherwise need a towel when in the bar as you would be wearing your clothes and the girls were not naked but skimpily dressed. In a FKK the girls definitely need a towel at all times to sit on and for guys some prefer a towel to a gown to relax in especially when it's hot or you want to chill on a lounger outside.

Ultimately it's the quality and quantity of the girls that attracts punters and most including myself will overlook such things but it's a shame the other Hessen FKKs have deteriorated as Sharks could do with some competition to jolt it into improving facilities.

Right now, I don't see a strong competitor in Germany that can take on Sharks. Sharks is the clear number 1, and it's exactly when that happens that club owners start getting greedy and think they can get away with more and more and more, like tacking on fees for towels and sheets, until finally customers have had enough and stop going. Don't think it can't happen owners! Scandalo in Malaga, Spain started doing bullshit like that, and it did hurt their business, particularly because mongers had at least one other good club they could go to. Right now, I'm not seeing a lot of strong competition for Sharks. I'm talking at least one other club that's offering what Sharks is offering on the same scale in all facets of club operations. Maybe Artemis could do it (maybe). Entrance fees at some of these clubs, including at Artemis, have already gotten too damn high! Now a club wants to start charging extra for towels and sheets too? GTFOH! I do recall from many years ago that at one point, World was charging extra if you wanted a robe versus just walking around with a towel wrapped around your waist. Well, we see where World is now don't we? I'm not saying it's all because of that one policy (of course it's not), but that does go into the overall mix.

Can't remember if Sharks provided free robes from the start, it's one of the newer clubs. Not sure if World ever dropped the surcharge for robes, same for Mainhattan.

Plus, they would charge extra if you wanted more than 2 towels.

I've been disgusted by the number of obese women working there. Also, girls chain smoke all the time (in other clubs, indoor smoking is restricted). This isn't good not just for customers but for girls. As a result, many girls who were good looking years ago age so fast and look unattractive today.

And I've been struggling with some of the things you've been struggling with such as disappointed with the reviews. But no matter where in the world you go people who go there the most will tell you it was better 10 years ago. Prices inevitably go up with inflation and cost of living and vary with the economy. And it's virtually impossible to find someplace in this world where it's more expensive and worse than the United States LOL.

I plan to come back and post my findings after my trip. I hope you do the same. So many people come on here asking for help before their trip and then never come back.

Fortunately, I haven't noticed a huge drop in quality on my travels. It's just more expensive. I was at Pigmalion in Madrid earlier this year. Probably the best lineup I have ever seen there in my 30 years of going but also the most expensive with most girls asking €500-€600, which is almost twice what I paid the last time I was there. But the line up at Vive (RIP) was in line with how Pig used to be as were prices.

It'll be interesting to see how this FKK tour compares to the brothels and bars of Spain. Especially since I do have a preference for Latinas over Romanians.

The girls were better looking then? Yes and no. Fashions change and fat asses are in, I'm not a fat ass guy. Even the Thai girls are chunkier. Regardless I can find what I want, even though:
