Most hotels want to see the ladies ID and the girls from other countries can't get past reception since they usually don't have a Thai ID card. Not sure what might happen if you picked up a Russian girl and took her to your hotel. Basically you travel to Thailand to see Thai ladies, you travel to China to see Chinese ladies, you travel to PI to see Pinya's and you travel to Macau for a variety of talent. But I've only only been to Thailand, just guessing on what you'll find in those other destinations.

Tell me which is more useful to a new poster asking questions about two places he has never been to:

1. Someone who also has never been there, but understands a little about demographics, giving some basic thoughts about the 2 cities.

Or.

2. Several people who have experience in both places telling number 1 to shut up and stop talking.

Do you see anyone else on this forum even attempting to be helpful? Other than Syzygies telling him to try both places and then decide, no one has tried to give some insight. No one has even bothered to ask some basic questions, such as: Age, Previous mongering experience, knowledge of the language, budget, but everyone has the time to jump on me for making an attemp to help.

Is it any wonder most of the threads are the same small group of guys giving the same reports? Why would anyone, after reading a bit of the forum, even attempt to ask a question? The best they can hope for is a minor insult and a "RTFF".

I would not say it is in the heart of Chinatown but near enough. Couple of Sundays back I took a rather lengthy walk from soi 4, Nana to Matri chit where all the street walkers are gathered for your business. It was rather early in the morning and I wanted to sweat out all the beer from the previous day. By the time I reached Matri chit I had worked up a good sweat and cooled off with a bottle of water. I intended to suss out the area, believing there would be no ladies around early Sunday morning but I was wrong, and delightfully so. There were roughly a dozen ladies on duty along the length of road. Half were doable the rest just plain fugly.

Bowled up to a cutey and had a chin wag with her. 500 baht ST + 100 for the room. Told her I would be back, she gave me a disapointed look but I did not want to jump right in, wanted to have a look round. Further on was also quoted 500, walked up to the rather attractive roundabout and saw a real cutey having breakfast she gave me a wanton smile, walked on around the corner and was quoted 400, I continued on down some roads past a fantastic looking temple, through a market and returned to Matri chit having walked the block. I was a little nervous but decided upon the first cutey I had talked to. She led the way to the nearby short time room, me following slowly, ensuring not to be jumped upon once in the room, had a good look around to the bemusement of the cutey. All ended well I am happy to report and left with a smile. I only did the one cutey but had the intention of returning at a later date towards evening but as things worked out I never did, having bumped into a cutey I had balled several years back and with my limited time in Bangkok had to leave unfortunately. Next time will have to wait as I see no reason why I should not return to Matri chit. The roundabout has no name which I find weird, even looked on the maps. We will just have to call it no name roundabout I guess.

Who said Bangkok chicks are expensive!

And I think they were trying to teach me a lesson because she looked like a hooker, and a slutty one at that. I had no problem taking two Colombians and one Vietnamese (and Thais) to rooms at the Intercontinental and Four Seasons. I've stayed in a couple of lower-priced hotels in the Sathorn area and they didn't check ID's there either.

I do remember years ago the hotel staff checked ID's when I was staying at the Rembrandt (sometimes) and Windsor (always).

If there's a pattern, it's that they were checking in the Sukhumvit area, but not in the business districts. An exception - I don't think they checked the girls at the J W Marriott and President Park, but then there was a way to get to my rooms in those without walking by the front desk.

Anyway, I'm curious, where are you staying and do they almost always ask for the girls' ID's?

I don't see hotel staff having a problem with a passport in place of a Thai identity card, so wouldn't see a problem taking back a foreigner to your room if your hotel is checking ID. There are quite a few in Mixx and Spasso's, and I don't think they're getting their customers to go to short time hotels.

There is a Soi 7 a couple of minutes' walk along Sukhumvit Road from Soi 7/1 but you won't find Dr. BJ's Salon, Dr. BJ's Nuru Massage, Eden Club, Magic Table or any other such bars there. Soi 7/1 is the soi with a Subway sandwich shop / Sunrise Taco Mexican Grill outlet on the corner where it meets Sukhumvit Road and that is the one you want for those places. Just didn't want to leave that hanging out there to confuse anyone or have them waste a lot of time and energy walking down Soi 7 looking for all the BJ bars and Nuru massage shops on it when there aren't any. Haha.

Regarding Magic Table, I know they have VIP rooms with couches, ottomans and the like more suitable for blowjobs and which I know could be used for FS as well. But in my case I never asked for a ST on the premises, so I don't know if they have rooms with beds specifically intended for FS. Never saw one, but there are several rooms in the back of the bar and I have only used one of the them a few times for blowjobs. I like Magic Table a lot, but the line up there is wildly unpredictable. Many times I have just stuck my head through the curtains and moved on. I really can't believe "cuties" would go for 500 Baht, but I haven't tried it recently. Desperates maybe for a quickie. I have been to Chinatown for a look in the past and my memory fades. I recall entering the Soapy 'Cleopatra' there and not being too impressed. Can't remember the street walkers there at all now.
