Is it worth to pay extra for standard or deluxe room in the Dynasty Inn or the compact room is OK for sleeping (alone) and having there evening ST fun?
Is it a big difference between standard / standard new and deluxe / deluxe new rooms?

He could also consider the Crowne on Soi 27 (I think). It has mirrors but no windows I believe and is probably cheaper. Miami is also a cheap and nasty option. ;)
I haven't been to see Dynasty Inn newer rooms. Perhaps higher priced rooms have improved. The best way to upgrade in the past was obviously Dynasty Grande round the corner. It had very nice bathrooms and swimming pool in particular, but Restaurant food was sub-standard other than breakfast. That sticks in my memory. Hopefully they got a new chef who knows something by now.

I like to stay in the lower Sukhumvit area & get a deal on a long stay of 2-4 months.
Maybe the Ambassador soi 11?

I guess I need to be more understanding regarding the budget of some punters.
For 2-4 months in that area, you can rent a service apartment for around 15, 000 B a month.
Just google them.
Also, I stayed LT in the Phachara suites. It is upscale, modern with kitchen. I negotiated with them for about 50,000 B a night for a month.
Might be too pricey for some I guess.
I have a 12 hr stopover at BKK from 8 AM. 8 PM. Please suggest a decent hotel close to the MPs such as Mango. Thanks in advance.

Fuck me, I guess most these guys also don't even know what a smartphone is and still use these Nokia3310 http://www.siamphone.com/spec/nokia/3310.htm

]
Over simplification. Most punters, who are either mainly sleeping / fucking in their room or out on the town do not necessarily go for the so-called smart modern hotel.
I am more interested (once I have established that the room is clean, the a / see works and the water hot) want a place with good friendly staff and a high level of service. One where one is known and addressed by name.

Normally, I am at the Suk. Soi 11 Grand President where they provide adequate service and a variety of convenient dining options on property and surrounding neighborhood.
I am planning another stay next summer and was looking at simarlily situated hotels. Would be nice to be in the same neigborhood as well. Looking for a big room or small suite option. Anyone with recommendations?
