I am not saying it cannot be done by an older guy, but it does require they put forth more of an effort. However, just sit back and notice, if there is a young and older guy in a bar, club, etc, the really better gals will hit on the younger guy first. Again, based on almost 20 years experience, I do not see the same thing in Thailand or the Philippines.

Just wanted to post some info on heart of darkness that I didn't see on the thread. Perhaps I missed it.
Tiger beer draft (decent size mug) is 2 USD. Most cocktails were about 3-4 USD. The main type of music that night was Techno, trance, house. The place doesn't look run down. All in all I rather enjoyed it and would recommend it to the younger mongers out there. Absolutely no problem getting girls to party with.
Just a recommendation. Try staying away from the girls who are all business. Although they might be better looking than most they might give terrible service. I base this from previous experiences around Cambodia. You can easily get a girl that is much more fun and would probably be almost as good locking and cheaper.
There was a couple of girls who KNEW they were hot. 9's probably. They might've glanced at me once or twice but I theídn't even pay attention. Didn't feel like paying top dollar KNOW they can charge it and work very little for it.
Just to add, the girls who are all buisness usually gravitate to the Heart about midnight / one am from Martini's.
Wish I would have met more that were all buisness (did meet one or two).
As I mentioned earlier, saw a ladyboy in there that was absolutely stunning. What was funny was the fact that some newbies (talked to one) were falling all over he / she / it. When I clued one guy in to the fact he was feeling up a guy he was mortified.

I arrived a couple days ago. Here's my take on the current scene, after a brief sampler. I'll try and update it when I hit new places. If someone in town wants to try out a couple of massage joints or new places PM me, always more enjoyable with a wingman.
WA: usual crowd, took a ST for relief after a longish flight from Europe. Good BJ skills, 22 or 23, one kid but small non saggy breasts, $15 + 3 for a short time room down the road.

Yesterday sunday, wasted some time retrieving my luggage that had been hold up at heathrow (surprise surprise...), paid a curtesy visit to my in-laws who took me for dinner at the tonle bassac, an excellent buffet for 13$. Home free at 9pm so I headed for str 104. I parked near nay nay on 102 and walked down to 104.
Checked out bunny's , an old favourite. At first the selection wasn't that great, 9 girls, 2 behind the bar, 2 other guys. After a while the 2 girls who were taking care of me persuaded me to go to the back. They dimmed the light and proceeded to give me a hand job. The bar was almost empty bar 2 korean guys inside who were surrounde by 2-3 girls, and about 5-6 girls. I sat on the small balcony outside, wasted 10' with an old hag and her 2 cronies before getting up. I was about to pay and leave when I spotted 2 girls on the other balcony, and they looked much more promising. One with a radiant smile, the other one with a beautiful face, both smiling and welcoming. Both spoke decent english, had some unspoiled vibe about them so I was a bit taken aback when they told me they'd been working for 1,5 and 2 yrs at the bar respectively. They were 24 and 25. Still, I was interested and was hard pressed to chose one of them.
So when beautiful face got up , I asked radiant smile if she would go ST. She had previously confessed that for some reason western guys usually took no notice of her (which made her all the more appealing to me) , but koreans and other asians liked her, she even has a regular japanese, but hadn't heard from him since the earthquake. So I was surprised when she said no, she wouldn't go out, she doesn't go, even with the koreans or japs who flock to her, not even with the jap 'BF'. Apparently she's contented with LD and her pay, and the same goes for her friend. I could however make my choice among the other gitls from the other balcony. Yeah, right. So I paid up and left.
Walked in next door to 104 where the girls are on general better looking and slightly younger. Was quicky surrounded by a bunch of average to very cute girls. Ended up with one, 22, 'aya', but after 10' I felt she was a bit too mercenary for me, started going on about her sick mother blahblah. The problem is that all the others had flocked away and it's mission impossible to try and switch girls when you have informally selected one. So rather than waste further time I went out, not beforeI secured her phone number, she was after all a possible option for a lazy afternoon, and I gave her a small tip so that she'd come running if/when I need her services before she takes up service. KNY is looming and better plan for a shortage of girls.
I went around and back to nay nay where I checked out the talent. I was close to midnight. There were maybe 6 girls and 2 guys playing pool. Nigerians. Probably not a good sign. I sat down next to the one of 2 possibles, and started talking/playing with her and my nighbour sitting on the other side, another chubby one (why can't the good looking ones have the same bubbly personality ?)
In the meantime the bar had filled up with ... fucking nigerians, there were now 8 of them chatting up the girls, or at least trying to, playing pool, waving their cigarette butts and bottles, being laud and generally obnoxious, dancing around the pool table and trying to touch up a couple of the girls who brought up the beers. My first impulse was to get out but I decided to stay on a bit, see how it would evolve. Chubby next to me had told me that the girls did not go with the black guys, ever, but I wanted to see that with my own eyes. So I got into onlooker mode while being massaged and cajoled by the 2 girls next to me. There are more uncomfortable positions when you're on a stake out, so I hold my own... Eventually at one am they all left, the lights went up, and they told me they would close. I suggested the cutie to my left to go out with me, but as they still insisted on a BF I told them to forget it, if they close and force me out there's no way I'll play ball and get suckered into a barfine.
I drove to sharkeys, almost no light from the outside, I parked the car and one of the touts walked up to me with a ticket. "ticket for what ?" I asked. For watching your car. "ok forget it" I said, then drove on. I hate those fucking leeches, will have to come back earlier some day and park round the curb. So I went a bit further to st 136 (there had been a few lookers in bar 69 in january) but as I was walking past dream bar I spotted a truly beautiful girl, long curly hair, tall, classical beautiful face, , sitting with 4-5 other girls at a table outside. So I went it, had a drink and chatted them up at the table. The beautiful one (thyda) was 24, spoke good english, and looked better and better the more I was looking at her. After 15' chit chat with all the girls (2 others had proceeded rubbing my arms and neck again..) thyda asked me whether I would buy her a drink, or rather refill hers, as she had been having one. I said I'd be happy to but not here, outside, and maybe even grab a bit to eat, after I barfined her.
Well the same inside radar that usually gets me in trouble in the PI (where I systematically hone in on the cherry girls or those who will not be taken out at any cost) was acting up again, as it turns out she's the only girl in the bar that will not go out, very disappointlingly. The other girls don't measure up so I cut my losses there and then, and proceed to bar 69.
My memories haven't failed me and as soon have I entered that I am surrounded by 7 or 8 cuties vying for my attention , there were maybe 20 girls in total and 1 or 2 other customers. So I sit down and they all surround me. We exchange names (mine's mike for the occasion) and plaisantries, and get my arms and neck and hands and back diligently massaged by 4-5 girls at a time. After a while I ask the most verbal one (good figure and pleasant personality but bad teeth that ruined it for her) about barfines. $5 ? No, $7 here. Ok, I can understand, central location etc and very good choice. Forewarned by the previous turn of events I ask "so, 7 girls here, who goes barfine and who doesn't go ?" she then shows me no less than 5 girls, among whom the 3 I would have been interested, 2 girls 20-21 and one 25 with a kid (sic), and none of the 5, incl the hot mum, would go out ! WTF ! So the choice was either take one of the 2 dogs or leave.
I am a chosey customer and would rather not consume than try out an unsavoury dish, so it started looking like this would be a dead night. I had started out wanting to take 2 girls last night, one ST from a bar in the early evening, then some recup time and another one later on. My options for option 1 had all but gone and option 2 was dwindling fast. So down for the last stop of the evening, the Heart. on st 51. 2 am is normally a good time to arrive, let's see.
First impression : too many guys, very few doable girls. Well let's look at the bright side, at least there were no nigerians. After 30 wasted minutes prowling the grounds I get out empty handed, get a drink in the small shop opposite, and enter again at 3. I sit at the central island. A cute one to my left but the music's too damn loud to hear a work of what she's shouting in my ear. Right then I spot a very pretty face, cute slim bod, sitting opposite me ... and she's looking at me as well. I smile and wave to her and she obediently comes along and sits next to me. I ask her 'want to get out of here ?' she nods, we get up and leave.
A sihanoukville transfuge in town for a couple weeks, escaped from a bad marriage in snooky, looking for a job .. I take her to my place, she was pretty shy but her reserve quicky fell apart when I put her on her knees, ass displayed so that I could tickle her clit with my tongue while she tried hard not to chocke on my thing. Never too late to get an education, and all i can guess is that marriage life hadn't been very fulfilling to her. When we were through we were both sweating despite the airco going full blast, she got dressed, I walked her down to security and gave her $15 + 2, no problem, and off she went. No phone yet, but that's one number I'd be keen on seeing again.
Spent 5 days in PP and here is my report:
Hotel:
Booked Flamingos. Nice hotel and nice stuff. Placed just few meters from Walkabout, Pontoon and Heart of Darknes. Hotel 100% girlsfriendly.
Walkabout:
Overpriced drinks and food. Never saw there any realy attractive girl.
Pontoon:
Tried several times. On weekends the collect entrance fee (WTF!). Some nice faces there, but didn't pick anything.
Heart of Darknes:
Usualy picked some girl there. Had luck twice with one khmer and one viet girl. Nextdoor girl look. Petit slim body. Exelent service (BJ, multipositions, COB). ST 20$
Sakura hotel-massage:
It is actualy on the 242 st and not on 240. They have fish bowl to pick girl from. Massage 12$ (overpriced) and nothing to scream about. Got nice looking girl. Added 10$ for a nice HJ.
Beauty saloon on 278 st- next to Elswhere bar:
Tried there Bodyscrub for 20$. Very nice job. Chubby girl offered me a HJ for 20$. No bargering so I said no.

I don't know about that, it seems that a lot of girls nowdays are.at least initially- refusing to go short time for ten bucks due to the huge overpaying of the short time visitors here. And then we only talk about Walkabout girls, let alone the hostess bar girls.
