Anyway, I just want to clear up that I never said that those were the prices of the girls, I'm not asking 800. 000 COP for the heavier set ones, and yes, they are priced accordingly as their general perceived level of attraction is. I was just stating what some of the guys in the USA pay for GFE with high quality girls. To better explain what I'm trying to do, in a nutshell, is an All-inclusive Adult Vacation Package. I have a property only 20 minutes outside of Cali, which is where the clients would stay and spend the time with their girl or girls. You would be picked up at the airport by a chauffeur in the car you choose with the girl you choose. Bottle of champagne and a BJ in the car to make the ride to the resort a little more enjoyble. Fine cuisine, all you can drink, and other party enhancers included, if you so desire. Transportation all throughout Cali and its surroundings is included as well, in case you want to hit a club, bar, restaurant, casino, go to Lago Calima for some Jet ski action, or maybe horseback riding, paragliding, or ATV riding. All of these activities with your girl by your side, if you wish.

From what I've found on the net, there's a couple of these places already in the DR and Costa Rica. The one I see that looks the best to emulate is Oxygen Retreat in the DR, but that is just what I perceive from their website, I have never been there (If anyone has, if you could share your experience it would be great). They have a bit of a different concept though, in the sense that they have 19 rooms for guests, a staff of 25, and you don't get to choose the girl before you go there, you select her when you're there from a group of girls that apparently live in the compound, and you get their service with coupons they give you when you arrive. Coupons have different time values ranging from 2-6 hours, and if you run out, you have to buy more. My service would be more intimate and personal. Even though the resort has ten rooms, I've accomodated only the rooms that have their own bathroom, so I can only host up to 4 guests at a time, and that is if the guests agree to sharing the resort with other guests. In return there is a discount on the price for each guest, obviously. If you want the entire place for you and your girls only, well, you pay a little extra for the exclusivity. I'm also open and willing to cater to swinger couples.

So, with all that said, I'd like to think that I'm not just offering girls, but rather an entire experience, even though the most important part of the experience is the girl. Therefore, my market is not ISG's forum members, but guys who spend big money in the USA for GFE with quality girls, and offer them an alternative, for the same price, or even cheaper. The leap I need to make is convince them to come to Colombia, and that's where the advertising and marketing come in. I'll attach a couple of pictures of the place and a couple more girls that fit better the skinny look that was much talked about, to see if they are a little more to the taste of Americans.

Also, on the concern for the GFE and a girl with a shitty attitude. The payment is done to me, from which I give 50% to the girl before she starts the service, and the other 50% AFTER she has finished the service. If you don't like her attitude or the way she's performing, you can request for another girl, at no extra charge and I would assume the extra cost. As a "broker", I have to ensure both the clients and providers are happy in order for the business to run, so I have to come up with ways to guarantee this to both parties.

The best all-inclusive place in the DR is Blackbeards Resort because of quality in relation to quantity, cost-effective, and simplicity. Study their business model, incorporate similar cost structure, and add in a little of what makes The Medellin Mansion so successful, and you'll have traffic to your place everyday. I don't know who told you those guys spent $8000 for a girl because thats unheard of and certainly not even in the ballpark of what the standard affluent men pay for in America. I know you admitted this is probably exception of the rule, but you can not sustain a business based on a once in a lifetime exaggerated payment. Well established adult film companies in the US don't even pay their pornstars that much! Average girl in the porno business only makes a few hundred dollars per scene, & pros / semi-pros and escorts here make about half that. Even though you're catering to more upscale clients, use that as a barometer to guage and better formulate your pricing. You should charge slighty more than Blackbeards, but not more than similar resorts in Costa Rica. You're not going to get much love in this board because most of the guys here dislike middlemen for obvious reasons (brings up the price, changes the attitudes of the girls, etc.) and feel they can do a better job themselves. Also, most lifestyle mongers tend to focus on the low-end of the P4P world; lot of posts on these boards about streetgirls and the lower-end venues. You should think about modifying the inside, partitioning it better so you can rent out 2-3 more rooms. Also, look into day-only rentals as a possibility for middle-class locals in the area; wedding parties, fashion shoots or shows, other kinds of events or parties. You have amazing views and an impressive house; that's your main asset, not the chicas. I'm sure you're working out a way to monetize that.

But I seriously doubt you can fill the space night after night with high-end Cali girls servicing gringo high-rollers. The diversity or body-type of the girls is NOT the main problem here, despite the initial protests from some of the guys on this board.
