One more detail that will help you avoid her: she has a small tatoo that says "boy" on her left wrist.

I would. It's quite possible she showed a friends or relatives identification card to be hired and they don't know her real age. The consequences appear pretty serious if the police find out. Haven't a few places been shut down recently because of minors working in their clubs?

Can't believe a 17 yo girl has the cheek to still want payment either. If you had paid her, it would implicate you too. Yes, Ask for the BF back. Subtly imply, what would happen if the police find out.

Also, by doing so you 'pay it forward' by protecting other punters who not be as lucky as you...

I even asked her repeatedly if she as of age and she kept saying she was 19. We even joked about jailbait. That she promise me that she write me if I go to jail be / see of her. Little did I know at the time! Be careful out there guys.

But still you cannot judge whole country on the basis of few arseholes.

I am planning to visit thailand in 2016. I hope to get most out of my trip.

Here in India I got to know really nice thai girls. I mostly go for thai girls at spa.

And I am a average looking guy but because of my courteous behavior with them.

I have had good fun. So don't being ashamed of an Indian.

We can be the change.

So aside frrom talknig loudly which they do on the street, in restaurants what else do they do. Hmm parking on pedestrian crossings is a regular one, driving with mobile phones, spitting everywhere, driving across pedestrian crossings whe the signal indicates its ok for the pedestrian to cross, using the beds in IKEA to physically sleep in, blocking bike paths because they need a break from driving, smoking almost everywhere, talking loud on every train I've ever been on, fighting on planes over overhead baggage space, over seat reclines, you name it they fight and shout and about, making fun if someone is from a different part of China to them, selling fake goods and claiming they are genuine, thinking nothing of adding chemicals to food to make it look better, using "gutter oil ", the list is truly long. And guess what, there are more and more of them travelling more and more!.

We don't want Jackson coming down on us. Perhaps this report is borderline.

Police raids have been cracking down recently on girls in the doubtful category, however CH is a "special" shop. They know in advance when the police will visit, and its usually got a set timetable. I even saw them hiding certain things not desirable for the inspection. Not sure that readers will guess what needed hiding. If very smart and experienced, you may guess. I probably couldn't, until I actually saw it.

Girls in suspect categories, typically ask the customer where he wants to go in advance. Just the ST Hotel and a place to eat are acceptable. I personally have sympathy for these girls. They all have to make money to support themselves, their child, their families. They don't want to be discriminated against. However I naturally prefer more experienced girls. Hard to resist the stunners though. Fortunately none of my favourites is in a problem category right now. I used to have a favorite that was not a Thai national, so she had problems with the police raids.

Guys need some vigilance though to make sure your girl is not in a problem category. I had the funny experienced of a Hotel Solo denying my right to take a girl to my room as a visitor, in the past, was No. 24 from Annies and I had no idea of her age, who was aged 19. I am not sure what age they required. Perhaps 21. However it was not forbidden for her to check in to the room as like a permanent guest (rather than a temporary one). So me and my adopted Granddaugther. LOL Obviously I did not want to stay at that Hotel any more. Family Hotels are not for me.

[/QUOTE]They probably didn't read the book. I find large groups of Chinese (or Hong Kongers) to be the very worst mannered tourists (they don't have any at all). Yet some western guys love to go live in China or Hong Kong. Puzzles me. Its a generalisation, but if you meet a large tourist group, it is correct for the group. Chinese living in other countries are typically different. One of my best buddies is of Chinese ancestry and he was born in a Western County. That makes a huge difference. He comes from a western culture country so attitudes are very different.

Last night met a rich Chinese / Thai guy who looked very Chinese but was very good looking. Dressed in business type clothing. He was drunk and conversing with a bargirl in Thai. His Thai was good but spoke very slowly. He did not seem to understand when she told him she had her period. I translated to English for him. I had to guess he was from a rich family and probably had spent many years overseas (not in Thailand), since my Thai vocab seemed better than his. Even though he had lots of money and good looking, none of the girls at the bar seemed that keen to go with him. He ended up dishing out money to the Cambodian street urchins instead which was stupid, as then they keep hanging around and wanting more. He was not in the no-class Chinese bracket, I guessed not from China or Hong Kong and his family may have been in Thailand for some time, so maybe the girls were generally avoiding him just from being drunk. He looked like he found the ladyboy attractive too, but even she did not come to him. His first girl target with her period, looked rather Chinese to me, with slit eyes, and the least attractive girl in the bar to my taste. So I don't know where the Chinese guy originated but was well outside of the stereotype we talk about.

Obviously the Hotel has no way of knowing if a girl is a hooker or not, and what you will get up to in the room, and whether she will be paid any money. In any event, what I'm referring to is at some hotels the WG must leave her id. at the front desk (or concierge) and they are pretty good at knowing who is a WG and who is not (I'm not saying they are perfect at it). So what I was referring to is whether there has been a change at those hotels that hold the girls' ids. In the minimum age the girl has to be to get in the hotel. I thought sometime after the coup the army or their surrogates did impose a higher age requirement, but as I said before my recollection is not crystal clear on this.

I went back to CH this afternoon and talked with the Mamasan (the skinny one with glasses). She thanked me for reporting this to her, but got kind of aggressive when I asked her for my BF back. She says there was no chance for this as the girls needed to take taxi and came back to CH crying after I refused to giver her any money. But that we were now square and that I was welcome to come to the bar any time.

I did not push the issue as I do want to go back to the bar one day. But I don' think I will be going back this trip as I may not be all that welcome from the girl's friends if she loses her job. This sucks for me as there were many many hot girls there.

In any case I am not convinced that they are really taking this problem seriously so please be careful when going to that bar guys and do check the girls IDs if they look young.
