Honestly you should consider to put me in your ignore list if the report of my truth made you so sad. And indeed my truth should mean nothing more than the POV of one between many...

But even yesterday after Shenanigan's ( where I laugh to see there one girl from Centaurus and two that played hard to get and then they show up at Balcony ), a short walk to prado juniour the scene was the same.

Believe it or not, all the mongers I spoke with, told me they do not like now Rio, 1 retired 64 yo from USA used to come here 3 months per year, told me, he wont come back again. One english guy the same. One greek shocked how all the girls only ask money, how they are ugly and how expensive it is, he said, I was just curious to see rio, I will keep on going to LOS.

Just couple of examples of last days, nobody is really happy here, the 450 reais for 1 session in terma is too much, especially if you have to wake up the girl before to session her.

Actually I feel great, honestly I do not live to fuck, I cannot wait to come back home, to meet my friends, I have two coworkers I want to date.
To start to work again hard, get money soon and think where to go in the spring and I will kill the end of the winter in FKK where in comparison to here, you get muuuch more with much leeess money.

I do not live in Rio, I could care less that now is so different here, yes, it is a different holiday, I have much less sex and GFE than I thought, but I enjoy to run at the beach early morning, to get tanned as never before....I have no problems at all, I am not as the GdP that now they sell their expensive handbags and clothes just to pay the rent of the apt or to buy food for their son cause they work not so much as before.

And the Olimpic games are still far 6 years, for me it is only the beginning, sooner it will become even more expensive. It is a common thing here, less customer make the prices get higher, it is part of brazilian "wisdom"....

Another thing that need to be mentioned, last year from the middle of january every couple of days you could see some new girls arriving for carnival....well we are at the end of january and there are all the same faces of 2 weeks ago when I arrived....

Oh man that sucks!! That would have to be, the worst feeling in the world!! Guys go to these clubs to meet regular girls, not prostitutes. Jake, accommodation is much cheaper in SP than in Rio. About half cheaper I'd say, both for hotels and serviced apartments. For example, Mercure Apartments cost 150/200RS in Sao Paulo (in the best areas), as they cost 350/400 RS in Rio. There's also great weekend bargains in SP, which doesn't exist in Rio.

Anyhow I fully agree. Sao Paulo has the best looking girls, the best boites, the best strip bars, the best clubs, the best after-hours, ect this side of Atlantic ocean.

Not even talking of Love Story, which is simply the best pick-up club on the planet in the history of mankind, bar none.

How Luka, an adventurous man of good taste who has already travelled to the best untapped areas in FSU, can persist to monger in an overrun and nasty touristic shithole like Rio is beyond me.

If you are serious about trying Europe, then I would suggest you think about giving Ukraine a try. No visa required for Americans, Canadians, Brits, or Europeans. But that might change after the February election so if you are thinking about it go quickly. IT's probably won't but you never know. Go and look at the Ukraine (Kiev) posts on this forum for the low down. Once you get there it's more affordable than you might think. There's no beach but there are plenty of other compensations!! ;) Affordable apartments, good restaurants and gorgeous girls. You can fly there fro London for $140 each way. Check out some recent posts by CruiserD. He's there now and sounds like he's having a ball.

just for potential visitors of this city. have you ever thought about when you go seal the deal and ask her back to your place, you go and f**k each others brains out. she wakes up in the morning, brushes her teeth and you go for another round of morning sex. then you shower and have breakfast together. she goes on her way and does not ask for 500r or no money whatsover...........well, that shit actually happens. how? take some time and make an effort to learn the language, culture and try not to stand out like a sex tourist. it will happen more often than you think.

copa has changed and is changing again. these ridicolous prices asked at present time will not continue as lesser numbers of mongers are comming to rio. it is already a buyer´s market. why go to a first-tier terma when you have approx. 50 casas em centro and also vm? you have all the escort agencies which charge 120 rs for 2 hours. lamenting about shell-shocked helpeee-girls does not serve any purpose. guys - simply move on!!!!

the rio-girls will find another waterhole where they will meet gringos.if there is a demand, someone will come and make space available. the girls will also lower their prices or they will go home alone. there are too many women in rio waiting of johns to take them out and pay for their services. and the johns will think twice going to a ridicolous expensive rio. average tourists will still continue to flock into rio - but will they spend as much money there as we mongers do? i doubt.

i am usually in the north of brazil, salvador, fortaleza, manaus. a girl there is glad getting 150 rs for tln, the hotels and restaurants are cheaper and have at least the same quality. if you want to try other pastures, go to argentina, peru, colombia or the dr. europe and africa are also alternatives - how about spain and portugal or the ivory coast in africa?

if the rio government decided they do not want to have the mongring tourism - so let it be. there are too many places in the world which welcomes us.

Thanks to all the responses that I got from everyone. One last question. What is the current fees at 4x4 and Luomo? These are usually my 2 favorites. Fortunately it looks as though the dollar is finally back on the rise and I might see 2.00 to 1 by March 1st. I investigated Sao Paolo and that even looks more expensive then Rio. I thought of trying Rio for a few days then maybe doing Buenos Aires for the first time. I hear it's a pretty decent mongering scene. thanks again for the input...
