TIA.[/QUOTE]It's been a while since I was last there (about 2 years) but there was action to be had all over the place. Find a young looking rickshaw driver near the main circle and ask him about the options. Don't be shy. Many of the rickshaws will help you (for a small fee, of course).

Please write a full report. I'd like to hear a comprehensive review of the situation there these days.
