Well I am not from Delhi but since I had an answer to your question I would like to give my humble opinion.
A lot of guys have trouble with round two and there's a perfectly good explanation for it. I ll nerd it out for you. When you orgasm / ejaculate your brain releases a hormone called prolactin (just like it sounds pro lactation, usually highest in nursing mothers). For men, this calms you down, makes you sleepy, makes you go soft. It goes down over a couple hours but that's what will desensitize you.

It raises dopamine levels in your brain which suppresses prolactin levels. Again, only do this if you are really depressed. There is no guarantees these meds will do what you want them to do, and they effect everyone differently. With that said, it's often called "the happy, horny, skinny pill" because it can boost your libido and orgasms.
Apart from this there are a couple of tricks too, [B]First [/B]off, if we want to go for round 2 condoms are a no-no. Definitely won't work in many couples practices, but for myself the sensation after already finishing once and trying to go again is just not enough to stay hard if wearing a condom. Skin on skin with lots of lubrication makes the feels much more likely to keep hard.
[B]Second [/B]off is Kegels. Do some Kegel exercises, and when going in for round 2 concentrate your strength into your lower pelvic muscles to stay hard whenever the sensations start to become less intense or you feel yourself starting to go soft. Usually after about 5-10 minutes of this the sensation of being that hard is enough to keep going. Not always, but usually.
[B]Third [/B]point, take that 20-30 min refractory period between sessions to work your magic with other parts of your body. After you finish once, do a really quick cleanup and get right down to eating her out without skipping a beat. The time varies from few minutes to hours or days (specially for older people).

It works GD for rock hard erections and most importantly refractory period. It's also used by professional runners and body builders as it aids in cutting fat and builds lead muscle, does for me.

Reducing refractory period would require direct manipulation of the prolactin (and maybe serotonin) levels for which Dostinex is the only drug available, that I know of.
That should be consumed only after diagnosis and prescription from a doctor.
There is a factor of prostrate that may also affect the period. He could get it checked from a urologist, just to rule it out.
Other than that it might be better to work on overall health through workouts and see if that helps.
BTW. How long have you been taking this Gokshura?
