I was wondering if there is a reliable website or PDF to download as all about Bangkok with all the massage parlors, bars, gogo, brothel, street walker locations, etc. Listed to have like a directory of the so many places that BKK offers, so to keep it on my phone to use when on the road.
Anything like that can be found, or I should start creating it?

For those not here. 3 days of cold weather in Bangkok like has never been seen before. E. g. 17 degrees Celsius/Grad (sorry I don't do Farenheit) at 10 AM with good breeze. Thais are all rugged up. Of course its normal for westerners. Not that cold for us. However you won't see a Thai just in T shirt (for the top).

I guess you would need to talk to the girls or the management to know what the mix is between tourists and residents but I agree of course Annie's has repeat business. How much their marketing contributes to their traffic I am not sure even they know but nowadays most everybody goes online when planning a trip so it is reasonable to assume it has some impact. Logging on to ISG gets you lots of info on Annie's some good, some not so good but with all shared experiences sites (trip advisor comes to mind) one needs to be skeptical of what's posted. Negative and favorable reviews are posted by competitors, begrudgers and friendly surrogates alike and a great deal of what I read about Annie's in particular from both ends of the spectrum I take with a pinch of salt. The only way to know for sure whether it suited my tastes was to check it out which I did and regretably I will not be showing up in the repeat customer marketing stats but then you already know that.

I went out on Monday night with my shorts, but with the breeze, the wind chill factor was nasty. I went back to my hotel room and took out my jacket (first time ever that I wore a jacket in Thailand). Tuesday night was a little better...wasn't that bad, but with the wind, it was still cold.
Strange weather this year. Humid summer in Southern California and cold nights in Bangkok. WTF!

I used to pick is a taxi at departure a few times when arrival was overcrowded, not to save the 50 baht fee.
Once the taximan was stopped by police. And got his licence collected to pick up later paying a fine. Probably my fare was not worth the trouble.
Maybe a map like nan cy Ch and l er where one can monetize the knowledge. The Bali map is great but now has to be centrally updated.

You think Bangkok is cold, then try Chiang Mai. Last night it was about 50 degrees or 8 centigrade. People are bundled up like they are at a ski resort. It was last night that I noticed that almost all the bars are open air to one degree or another so there are few places where one can enter and get warmed up. The daytime yesterday featured a chilling hard rain. Today it's cloudy and still cold.
Plus the bars and clubs do close at midnight so the whole atmosphere here reminds me of places we want to escape in the west.
It's difficult to evaluate or compare the women situation here to Bangkok as the weather seems to be keeping girls inside as well.
