Peter[/QUOTE]When I bought prepaid-SIM-cards they did work abroad. You don't need to register with your name. Too bad, especially those SIM cards with small credit are active only for a short time, unless you recharge the account. So I already got a collection of invalid SIMs.

I don't know about recharging via internet, especially without registration in that case. But you may buy some code cards with credit like 20 or 50 Zloty in advance to reupload the SIM.
