Personally I wouldn't bother with Pit Stop or Pontoon. 104, 136 and 51 are the main streets with most of the bars. Sharkeys is on 130. As mentioned earlier, you can go to the Japanese bridge if you are beyond desperate. Brothels on 63 were closed last time I went there, but this changes on a daily basis. Usually they hang out discretely at open places. Obviously they are looking for gamblers staying in the hotel. I saw one guy picked up two girls and went into the elevators. I was talking to one asian gambler and he said the girls charge $30 ST.
