She looks after me very special so she gets something special from me. Other staff sometimes make mistakes with calculator or put a bill in wrong holder while customer is at the toilet. My waitress does not mistakes in my experience. We now have to sign each sheet to prove it is our bill page. There are some very noted exceptions, but overall one cannot expect Western style service here.
