Is the Marriott much better than the Tamanaco?
Is it in a safer area, they seem pretty close?

Just bought the ticket nonstop nyc to caracas $450. Ok guys so I'm going to Caracas on THursday, I was waiting for a friend of mine that is in Brazil right now to get back to NYC so we could go together but just I couldn't hold out any longer so I'm gonna do it alone. Its just going to be for 5 days 4 night just to check out the scene and if I like I'll definately be back for a longer period next time.

On one of the other boards I saw a rather cheap price for the Paseo Las Mercedes Hotel at 130,000bv has anyone had experience with this hotel. GIrl Friendly?I've heard conflicting reports regarding this place. Well I've still have time to look around.

I made some connections with some girls on latinamor.com and amigos.com and set up a couple dates, we'll see how that goes. But this agency wants 300,000bv/hr for their top girl "Samantha Thomas",is this insane or what???This girl had better be the best looking girl in Venezuela for those prices. Dude, my guess is that you'll be sorely disappointed with the P4P scene in Caracas unless you have some serious cash to burn. You can find cute girls in the strip bars, through escort services and in the casas on Avenida Casanova for reasonable prices, but definitely way more expensive than Colombia.

You have to understand that Caracas was infested with gringo oil workers for decades and in general, people there have more money than other South American countries (although this is changing rapidly due to the recent political problems).

I still maintain that there was never a better time to meet NON-PROS in Venezuela if you can put in the time, however, P4P is spotty and expensive. I used to live in Caracas, where I had a novia, and then would vacation in Colombia...

Ok I arrived last night, my impressions are that this place looks exactly just like Bogota. I exchanged money at the airport 1-2550, I probably could have gotten a little more but i was ready to leave after a long flight and some haggling. From my conversations with other monger i knew that there are alot of shiesters especially at the airport.

Watch out for this scam. The guy i exchanged with try to use a smaller bills ( 2000 i think) mixed in with the 20,000, and he proceeded to count it as a 20,000 note. They look very similar and if your not really paying attention they will get you. Well having alot of experience in business dealing with these sorts(Russian,Ukrainians, Nigerian<--- watch out in these places) I was almost expecting something like this. I caught it the first time he counted but was curious to see if it was a mistake or if he was trying to scam me. He is a really idiot though he tried to slip 5 of them instead of just 1 or 2, I guess i just have screw me sign on my forehead. Hogs get slaughtered. I simply told him I exchanging elsewhere unless he gives me additional 50,000. I started walking away and of course he comes running back saying he wants to deal.

On to the mongering.

I got into the hotel late called everyone on my list from sexycaracas I had choosen out and nobody answered so i called caracas playboy and the girl i choosen wasn't available but he said he would send over his next best girl. I really dont remember the name but i do have some pics i will post when i get back to the states. I told the reception to tell the girl to go away if she is not looking right.

But i can say that I was very surprised at the service and how cool the girl was. It was a true GFE, BBBJ, couple positions and she stayed the full hour told her manager she was leaving and stayed an additional 30-45 minutes free and give me her number and to call her directly next time. 19-22? Day 2 part 1

I couldn't sleep and woke up not entirely rested after only 4 hours of shuteye but i eager to see what Caracas had to offer. First i headed to a gym that was recommended from Fabiana called Valle Arriba Atletic Center. This place is a meat market, my driver/interpreter keep on pointing out different soap opera stars to me as they passed by, though theres no way i was going to score with any of them. BUt everyone seemed very friendly and eager to help. I did ask one of the guys for some name of popular discos in the areas, so he invited me to a party at Vintage, which is in San Ignacio, and put my name on the guest list. The cost was 40,000 for a 1 day guest pass. The facilities are pretty big, equpment is a bit old but i saw some of the hottest bods I've ever seen so it was a nice excersion.

I went back to the hotel and called my list on Sexycaracas again, and again i mostly didnt get through to anyone. I did get in touch with Sabrina so set up an appointment with her. She lives pretty close by and came 1/2 hour later. She said she would wait for me in lobby because she didnt want to go to the front desk.
