No, the area around Hilton is a rich, residential, quiet borrough. However, once I was at the Hilton for a meeting and while waiting just outside the entrance for a cab I had the impression that there was a strangely large number of beautiful girls going into the hotel. There was also another 'shop' right on the corner, without signs. I calmly opened the door and found a Chinese man working on an ironing board:) I smiled, told him I was wrong and went away.

i think i understand the law what i ment is that there are a lot of streets with EE and african girls these girls mostly work for a pimp if not then i would say that i see them all dropped off together by a man. i am sure that if he is not the pimp that he somehow profited from the girls work.

second i am sure that italy did not give the girls work permits to be SW.

thirdly most stay longer than the 3 month limit for ee girls and the africans i guess would need a visa but i am pretty sure they did not get one.
