Good recommendation on Private Dancer - it is a pretty good book although the protagonist in it is an idiot but the book is an entertaining read and can be blown through in a couple hours. At least from my experience, the girls at Neptune are more into "going out" than making commission. I've intimately "mingled" with at least 7 different girls at Neptune and only 1 asked for a drink. Surprisingly, some girls will already have a drink in hand which I don't remember seeing at the other bars. So if you want a good groping session, you generally don't need to spend a dime at Neptune. Drink prices vary from bar to bar. It's been so long since I've bought drinks that I don't remember which bars charged what, but from my recollection, drinks for the girls ranged between $80 and $150.
On a side note, I went to Global Massage in Sheung Wan on Wednesday. 14-16 Wing Kut St. , 2nd floor. They offer a massage for $200, then raise the curtain for a HJ.
