Haven't run into any heavy traffic and If I do most taxi's will communicate with each other and go one of the 3 ways to the airport, yes there are "3" ways to the airport. I get there check in, check bags, NO PASSPORT STAMPS, go through screening, and then while in the lounge area? I usually am just waiting 10-15 minutes before boarding.

The sex was just as good with 5 or 10 regulars as it was with 1 regular girl.

In May Spirit is adding Denver, and Minneapolis to it's destinations. As it stands now every flight I have taken to Latin America in the last year or so was full. So unless they add more daily flights to places like Colombia then all Spirit customers who fly out of FLL are going to be looking at higher prices, and less availabe seats. Now if I lived in one of the new citys then it would be good news, but when they start charging more for the flights, and even think up new ways to add to the price of travel then even those people will not be that happy.
As it is now Spirit is doing the best they can to rip you off.
I just tried to use my miles, and instead of the 7, 500 miles for the date I wanted to travel one way they wanted 37, 500 miles. This was on a off peak period. At first I thought it was a good deal to get 2 miles for every dollar I spent on my Spirit credit card, but now I think it is time to use other cards for their bonus programs. The Spirit card has a annual fee, and you also need to pay a fee for their (so called) $ 9 fare club.
In the past I have made at least one trip to Latin America in the summer, but this year after looking ahead at the prices till after Labor day it looks like I will suffer with no pussy this year at those peak travel times. Maybe I could get with Jon Gault and eat watermelon this summer instead.

My brother in law is a pilot for Spririt And they are NOT happy with things. So passenegers are not the only ones complaining. Having worked in the industry I can say that Spirit would need indications of interest that would cause it to add more flights to Colombia from FLL. So if the plane to MDE is always full and with their current schedule they are getting interest at approx 120% they up thier prices instead of adding another plane for only 20% on the overflow. Makes sense? They just don't have the volume to warrant upping thier number of flights per week. Better to have 100% occupancy on every flight.

I went to 3 counters talked to the 800 number 4 times this all with my paid receipt for my seats in my hand, wasn't a happy camper. It was entertaining to the other passengers watching me swear at the Spirit reps on the phone desks at the desks. I am supposed to get a refund. but I am not holding my breath, I bought the seats 3 months ago.
Late (really late) report disclaimer: A busy 2011 caused my Colombia trip reports to languish in production. But I still wanted to get them onto the forum anyway, to give my version of a multi-city trip and some of the options. And to give me something to look back on while sitting in my rocking chair in my golden years.
In 2010 I resolved to finally break my Latin American cherry. Asian, African, and European adventures had been great, but there was a huge hole in my mongering resume. And the Latinas I'the sessioned with in London and at German FKKs gave me an idea of what I was missing. So the question was just which country. Ultimately I decided to make this a combined tourist and mongering trip, and since I had already to several countries in South America, plus Mexico, in my pre-mongering days, I decided that Colombia offered the best mix of things to do – and giving me the chance to show plenty of travel photos when friends and family asked about my trip. That's a real consideration: I've had a few trips in Asia and the Caribbean where I had to take quickly snap some shots of a beach or a food stall on the street to give a visual accounting of where I had gone for my holiday!
Well, Colombia was perfect for that, so I headed there for about two weeks in late November 2010. My posts on the various area branches. My basic itinerary was 1 full day in Bogota and then a flight to the Amazon for 3 days; back to Bogota and a trip south to small towns San Augustin and Tierradento plus Popoyan (3 mongering-free days) ; then a day in Cali; north to for some celibate time in the mountains around the town of Salento; then to Medellin for 3 pussy-filled days, and a final night and day in Bogota.
Here I'll leave it at this, my assessment of my trip and of Colombian women. Did I have fun on this trip? Absolutely! I loved the diversity of the girls, from ultra-light skinned blondes to tanned brunettes to African hotties, though I generally didn't see many of model caliber, many more in the cute range. As far as looks I was pleased but not overwhelmed. A bigger issue was that on the visits to the casas and clubs few of my sessions (about 15 girls altogether) would rank among my more enjoyable ones. The ones that are most memorable from the trip were due to the girl's personality, and not due to the passion of the action, which was almost always kissing-free, and infrequently featuring uncovered blow jobs (though pussy licking, a real favorite of mine, was usually on the menu). The most intense experience was probably with an experience in Bogota with a girl from now-defunct Girlfriend 4 a Week.
The GFE was an elusive beast on that trip. Was it my choice of venue? I tried a range of places, but did miss out on Casa Blanca in Medellin, where from what I read the experiences, though often pricier than say casas, seem to be more intense. Were the places I visited too 'commercial, ' as one fellow mongerer suggested? Maybe, but in many visits to German FKK's the supermarket of play for pay, I've regularly had GFE experiences. Was it my limited Spanish? Maybe, but on trips since to Central America, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico, that didn't get in the way. With the Dominican girls and El Salvador girls especially the sessions were very passionate, which leads me to believe that there's something cultural here that I was missing – how do you crack the Colombiana GFE code?
Can anyone help me, I'm thinking of taking my american ntsc playstation3 to Colombia, does anyone know if it will work there? Just need it during downtime, when I get rid of my gal, during the mornings as nothing much to do in the day.

The NTSC that is the World Coding PSP uses so we can't play import games correct? If NTSC is what I think it is it would only effect you if you tried to play a game with a different World Coding. Correct? I got my buddy's kid a Wii and it worked fine down in Col.

What is the best / safest way to travel inside Colombia? I am planning a 2-3 week trip to Colombia in Sept this year. I want to hit Cali, Barranquilla, and maybe Bogota, spending 5-6 days in each city (I've only been to CTG). I searched the forum but didn't find anything related to this. Any advice appreciated.
Unfortunately I had to create a new handle here as my handle from AP (SunSeeker) is apparently already in use.

Both have pros and cons. Flights: faster, SAFE. Bus: 10x Longer than flighte. 10x Cheaper, Safe but clearly there is more risk on a road with land slides and stuff like that.

Second would be hired car, possibly cheaper than flying but again it would depend on where you are coming from, some domestic flights can be quite inexpensive if purchased during promotions that the domestic airlines have. Bus travel is generally safe but once again depends on what route you are taking. I have traveled quite extensively by bus in Colombia and haven't had a single problem but I don't travel known problem areas. When traveling by bus or car there are two safety issues,accidents which are frequent on some roads and roadblocks by thieves which are less common these days but are of particular concern on a handful of roads even today.

I bought airfare now as the $$$ has jumped about $150 since I first looked in March. 1 week in Cali and 1 week in Barranquilla. 2-16 Sept. A lot of flying in and out of Bogota though. Now to find chica friendly hotels or apartments, but I think I have time to do that.
My general rule. If it's more than 9 hours by bus I'll fly. If not, then bus.
After taking AA to Colombia for the last 7 years, I will not take them anymore!
Searching for the best rate (have been taking avianca lately for the last 3 trips) This time I found AA to MDE came in about $40 cheaper and I was like "wow" couldn't believe it. So I jumped on it, but guess what.
NOW they only allow 1 piece of checked luggage (which NO WHERE did I see that posted clearly on their site upon check out) so they charge $70 each piece each way. So what am I going to do with my extra piece of luggage? You are forced to eat it BOTH ways. So thats an additional $140.
BEFORE you could choose your seat, so NOW if you want to choose your seat towards the front, even if they are empty, they call those seats "preferred" and they charge you an additional $35 GTFO.
The flight get you there LATER than the AVIANCA and leaves at a ridiculous hour when you leave, forcing you to leave MDE at 4am!
FOOD: This is what really pissed me off, BEFORE you would get pasta or chicken, NOW they gave me a cold shitty HAM and CHEESE sandwich, NO CHOICE And for the return for breakfast you used to get Eggs and sausage or pancakes NOW they give you a SHITTY COLD Colombian Turkey and Cheese.
NO Hot towel on AA.
NO FREE BEER, WINE or MIXED COCKTAIL on AA. ALL FREE on AVIANCA.
SORRY AA. You have lost a good customer and I will tell everybody I know not to fly you!
