Is it by the way also true in case you have a business visa? In Tashkent the apartment owner was unable to register me because of my business visa (the only way to stay longer than one month). He could only register people with tourist visas. I had to do it through a hotel, for a 5$ daily fee. And it was rather difficult to find a hotel that agreed.
I wondered if it was the same thing in Russia.
Even if you have what's a "open" one year visa it might be difficult to register to OVIR if you go thre like the old rules. Now all it's done via computer systems by agencies. Some years ago it happened that I was in a hotel who was unable to register my visa. So I had to ask help to a Company office.
If you are in an apartment this depends on your Landlord or on the agency (they should help and there should be no problem with the procedure, quite quick). It's very various. One of the reasons I prefer hotels in Russia, specially with the new rules where you have to be registered within 24 hours (it might be a nightmare if police stops you or when you leave the country, Once I had a 1500 RUB fine for late registration at SVO, but it was a lot of time ago). Most of the hotels will do it for free and on spot for the guests via the informatic system of OVIR, very simple takes just a minute or even less while they are making the magnetic key of the room and all the paperwork.
Safe and Simple. In Russia (like everywhere) it's easier to follow the rules.
It seems very strange what you say on Business Visa.... may be you have to change the agency!

Russian Air Transport systems is undergoing a modernization. By the way with rebulinding the DME airport (nearly finished and the SVO 1 and SVO 2 airports (to different airports with several terminals if you say it properly) the runways are in common. The Russian fleet (not Aeroflot only) will grow to be the 6th in the world before Sochi 2014.
Most of the west european or former east european companies fly now to DME (Domodedovo) like OS, LH, SK, also United from/to USA is flying there... lets' say Star Alliance, others, and most of the national (non Aeroflot) airlines. Aeroflot and some Skyteam (AZ, AF, etc) are flying to SVO 1 for national 2 for international, but they are building SVO 3. Thre is no fast connection system between the airports (these are not terminals! the terminals are with the letter system inside the SVO 2 for ex. right or left when you get inside the departure lounge).
The only real problem in using one or the other is simply if you are staying in Moscow or travelling elswhere. You should try to arrive in the airport where you have the connection. Getting by car (or BUS) from SVO to DME or viceversa might be a nightmare on ground of traffic.
Despite you are checked to final destination (and your luggage too) if yoy fly Aeroflot you should allow three hours for a transfer inside SVO (national/international or viceversa) This on ground the passport control is done in SVO 2.
Safest way of transfert between SVO and DME is a stopover in Moscow! Or using the train and the metro ;).
Once, when SVO 2 was practically the only international (non CIS) airport, I was nearly loosing the plane at DME having landed in SVO 2 six hours before departure!
Mind of the time, the controls, safety things and the fact that the shortest distance between SVO and DME is 71 km (travelling via the city) otherwise it's approx. 110 km. so it might take everything from one hour (motorway all the way) to 5/6 hours if traffic james... :( :(
Just my two cents
 Aeroflot moves its own and partners' flights from Sheremetyevo Terminals 1, F (2) and C to Terminal D (3) for November 15 2009 - February 06 2010.
From November 15 2009, Aeroflot has started moving its own flights and flights operated by its partners to the new Sheremetyevo Terminal D, located next to Terminal F (Sheremetyevo 2).
In the period until February 06 2010, the new terminal will be operating Aeroflot's 77 international flights, 33 international flights by Aeroflot's partners and SkyTeam-membering carriers, Aeroflot's 38 domestic flights, 7 flights by DonAvia, and 16 by Aeroflot Nord.
Has anyone actually experienced this new terminal or is this another in a long list of teasers from AFlot? I departed from SVO2 about two weeks ago on a KLM flight and things were looking pretty dismal. Half the place was under tarps so prehaps they are getting ready to give it an overhaul next.
It Travel - thanks for the history lesson. But this still does not answer my question. Has anyone actually BEEN on a flight that lands or departs from SVO3. I am curious to know if it is, in fact, open and if so - how was it?
Everyone here knows that SVO2 in its current form bears almost no resemblance to DME. This is due not only to the crap facilities but to the attitudes of the cretons (no offense to people from the island of Crete) who work there. The customer experience at DME is radically DIFFERENT from SVO2 that it makes one wonder if it is the culture of the place that makes it different or if it is the brand spanking new surroundings that have changed the attitudes of the folks working at DME. Cripes, even Vnukovo has better service than SVO2.
Thank you! If I saw it earlier! And the prices are lower
I got a very negative experience with this lady. I booked her for 2 hours, she came 1 hour later explaining that there are traffic jams, also there was quite a strong smell of alcohol from her.
From what I have see on the web-site I expected an ex-model, as she claims on the site, as the prices are quite high as well! May be once she really was a model, but what I got was hardly comparable to an ex-model, may be very ex ex ex, lets say a model 20 year later after hard drinking, taking drugs and hard work!
Watching the time nervously and speaking with the accent that I could hardly understand she behaved in a strange way. I guess there is something wrong with her head.
She was very nervous and there was a strange smell from her. As for the photos, may be many years ago she really looked like that, but what I Got was a 40 year old woman with a strange smell and behavior, very nervous and rude. I paid to her 400 euro for two hours as she insisted on taking the money at the beginning and when she entered she really resembled the photos. Actually I stayed less than one hour as my brother didn't even react to her body when she undressed, (gosh, better she wouldn't have done that!) when I asked for the money back, she got so mad that I decided to leave the things as they were
A dangerous and mad one. Be careful!

Did not understood properly... ;)
But here you can find some info few flights...
http://www.airliners.net/aviation-forums/general_aviation/read.main/4609401/1/
If you look at the day timetable http://svo.aero/en/timetable/today/ you will understand that very few planes departs there mostly national... I think we need to wait a bit of time ;) before getting a decent airport there.
By the way I failr prefer the SVO location for traffic (but you need a car transport!), but DME is better and you can get the train, but I still prefer the car.

Hehehe :) trying to have the best of both worlds, good luck, i saw lot of Russian men in pattaya last year but did not think they come to Thailand due to problems with women back home like most men do from western and other countries and get satisfied with Thai women in most occasions.
Well, after nearly 600 message in both mamba and dating.ru, i got one mobile number today, and she is pretty cool, it seems so far, it took me nearly a month to get one number yet not complaining now..never give up :)
We cant have it both ways :) will keep it updated.

http://www.girl-directory.com/russia-escort.php?ID=16570
Yes, exactly!
I also met her two months ago.
The body is not young, marks of folds and cellulite, the belly is also spoilt by cakes and buns (looks like?), we tried oral, though she put it with the hands, very painful, that made my last attempts to perform anything impossible.
I couldn't get excited as she was not the girls I expected from the photos,
http://www.Girl-directory.com/russia-escort.php? ID=16570
She was also visibly in bad mood and when I tried to flirt with her at the beginning of our meeting and pet her bottom she got really mad. So I would agree with the previous opinion, the behavior is not normal at all.
The accent is really very bad and not corresponding with the prices, before I was planning to spend an evening with her and gave the money for several hours at the beginning as she insisted on the telephone on this, but after what I saw, I asked for some part back and left to her just ofr an hour.
She gave it back without any problems, looked like it was not the first time when she was asked the money back
She is far behind 30ies, the photos are hers, but looks like made 10 years ago or just heavily edited.
Also she was sweating a lot and was dressed in a strange way.
Completely not what I expected to meet!
Here are the photos that are either heavily edited or just not hers or made very long ago, difficult to say now.

How did you do that....or are they just 1 2 3 4 5 6 numbers :) or better 666 number
Hi Everyone,
First of all, thanks for the great posts.
I will be in Moscow in early Feb. Its my first time and I am VERY excited to sample the women. However, I am VERY fearful of mongering, esp in Russia, where I don't know the language and VERY WORRIED of getting caught or being put in a bad situation.
From the limited research I have done on this site (I need to do more research), its seems like the safest bet for someone like me is to check out one of the Salons, particularly Fantasy or Charmel. I don't mind spending a little more money in order to have a more safe experience.
Does anyone have any other guidance. Also, will I be able to get into the Salons without any knowledge of the Russian language? Do any of these places speak English?
Any advice is greatly welcomed
Cheers
