I believe that Freebiefan has an agreement with the immigration department of Taiwan, where they send all the good looking girls into nanny positions or make them work in factories, and only Freebiefan knows where they are.

Ads in the Times is also a sure bet however I am not sure what quality girls you get if you lowball them to 3K. I talked to some providers and they generally send a fairly nasty girl (I think it the older, unmarried aunt of some of their girls) out to first timers.
