I used to go to this place when it was across from the Cerulean Tower Hotel. It was extremely iffy to get in and you definitely needed high level Japanese to talk your way in. There were no markings on the door and you needed to call to get the location and which door to go in, too. Then, one day I was told there were no girls available and that there would never be any girls available to me, which basically says, no more foreigners. Are you planning to travel to Tokyo from Shizuoka or do you plan to play in Shizuoka?

Your hotel is in Numazu city which is not too far from Mt. Fuji. It is stil over 1 hour outside Tokyo on the train.If you are restricted to the Shizuoka area, you will need excellent Japanese skill in order to P4P.
