The secret is to have two or even three phones. One phone is purely for business / family etc.

The spare is for the contacts and that phone NEVER goes home unless you know you are home alone. Theres lots of little compartments in a car to hide a phone, or jut leave it at work. I tell girls thats theres times I can't see them or return their calls / texts and they are all ok with that. The third phone is so you don't have to go changing sims and missing calls from the contacts. So I keep a third phone that will have a sim for Manila, or Bangkok or Singapore or Shanghai etc or whenever I'm travelling. Cuts down on roaming costs. And yes 3 phones can seem a bit weird I know!

Been having a highly enjoyable time with a sweet Filipina in Hsinchu. Talked about having an overnight with her, but her company is strict about letting staff stay out.

The company has apparently now published the "overnight " penalty rates for employees if they want to stay out of the dormitory.

Go to LS for the "older, unmarried aunt of some of their girls" that's a sure bet too but plan to pay a bit extra for it too.

I got something called a blacklist which can block out selected calls. But now I'm worried that if the provider calls me with a number not on my list I it won't block and that would suck. Just got some advice that having another sim card would work and I'm thinking actually a different phone company. Thanks for the notes. Always good to hear strats from vets.

[/QUOTE]I think you can still get a prepaid SIM card too, if you don't want the possibility of a phone bill being seen by the wrong eyes. I am not sure what the process is on how to get one now, I heard a while back that you could get them at 7-11 but not sure about that.

I guess I text a lot as I had a prepaid sim for first few months here. Then found it way cheaper to go postpaid.

The bill is sent to the email address that you specify so if you don't want anyone to see, have it sent to a private address (yes in addition to the 3 phones I have 4 email adds)

Got some overseas friends to visit next week. I was wondering if I bring them to Ceasar suana, will I be able to asked for some receipt (for applying company bill) and will this receipt be in other services say for examples foods and beverages under different establishment (say restaurant etc?)

Now, the above is essentially what I do though I only have two phones to go with my four email addresses.

Recently conversation re: Filipinas and Indonesians. The latter are incredible. Absolutely. Amazing. Fantastic.

Fillipinas I cannot figure out. They are the easiest score in the world but I sometimes feel bad because most that I have talked to seem to have serious issues. Each time I talk with them it's like they have a different personality. When they meet you, it's fairly easy and nice though they frequently flake out or are seriously late and so on. I have recently learned that a good number are here illegally and that causes some apprehension. One that I know will not meet in any crowded place that may have LE for instance.
