As happens in most countries, one rtends to find blacks and other ethnic persons frequenting certan places where standards are non existent. I had visited this place some months ago and nothing clicked for me. The place, the people inside and their hesitant behaviour all spelt 'trouble' in my mind. So I did what every man of some experience would do and backed out of a potential dangerous situation.
