After January 8, the number of tourists will noticeably decrease, but even then, you will have to wait until your fave is free.

Then comes 2 or 3 months when the top ladies are sponsored, and go back to the village, or at least pretend to go, and stay out of the bars. After 2 or 3 months, most of the suckers stop sending money to their honey, and the ladies come back to increasingly empty bars.

Let me be more clear about the "Global Warming" vs "Antibiotic over-prescription / offlabel use resulting in diminished collective efficacy" analogy with a concrete example that might make sense. Currently I'm getting over Bacterial Conjunctivitis and sure I could just take the Tobramycin drops prescribed to me by a local doctor, or I could also augment this with oral doxycycline in the off chance that it might be chlamydial in origin in the interim before I visit another doctor for a follow up. The collective harm to the good of the species by the possibility this might be un-needed is much less than the personal benefit to me in the chance that this is the correct call. Similarly I can't really bring myself to volunteer for higher gas prices resulting in very real loss of purchasing power in the extremely vague chance that it might delay inevitable global warming for some vanishingly small interim of seconds. Does that make sense?

I appreciate the sensible medical voices chiming in on this if not the often alarmist and righteous tone- I fully realize that the smart thing to do is use a condom and not meddle with off label antibiotic use- (please remember I'm not the one using PreP or Acyclovyr), but just like all things there's a risk reward calculation and for now this is where it gets me. A few scraps with the clap in the future might change that calculus. Ideally one is banging a long term girlfriend and avoiding all this, but that's not currently the case.

Admit, however, that the risk is not nul. We can even consider that it is important and even particularly multiplied in a city like Pattaya which is a veritable incubator of STDs viruses and bacterias of all kinds. Especially when you consider the diversity of people who come to circulate there who do not seem to be saints. And when I read the testimonials of BBFS practices in the posts I want to put on a condom even more.Practicing BBFS in Pattaya or in a village lost in the mountains is not the same amount of risk.

I wonder what can happen if we catch a gonorrhea that is not treatable but intuitively it is an experiment that I would not like to try.

Let's take our risks carefully and be careful not to fall on the wrong side of the statistics ;-)

There are many, but not an unlimited number, of all categories of guys so the lower tiers are used as infills. A typical 24 hour day might be a few 4000 STs at night, receive a call from a repeat while out shopping or gossiping during the day or even make a call if funds are low and dad has been gambling again. Of course, the mix changes daily depending on how busy it is in town. Some days she may indeed be too busy for the cheapskates but they don't care because they are in no hurry and have others on speed dial.

Often?) ask the girl how much other guys pay her at the shop, the bar, online, this or that other customer and how you're going to pay her less than whatever the lowest price she states. It is info you tend to have at your fingertips to mention here quite often so I assume you ask the girls that question quite often as well.

Have to say in all my mongering years it never ocurred to me nor I suppose ever interested me to know how much everyone else paid a girl, particularly in order to make sure she understands I will be paying her less no matter what it was as seems to be a point you make with them. Of course, it is impossible for any of us to know for sure what choosing that option instead of this option would have produced if the only info we have is what happened when we went with this option. But do you get the impression that asking that question and making that point improves the service you get from the girl, diminishes it or has no effect on it al all?

Now, one big difference between your and my goal is I understand you rarely if ever repeat with a girl while I am happy to repeat many times with a girl if her service level is top notch. So maybe my focusing more on what she is going to do for and with me in the room rather than how much her time will cost me might be a reason for me to continue avoiding asking that question and making that point.
