My gripe with Baccara is that the girls do not rotate around the stage every song like they do in some Pattaya clubs with just as many girls (Sapphire, Sensations, etc.). I found myself wanting to walk continual stage circuits due to just not being able to see the girls. I wonder how the Bacarra professionals solve these problems. I probably need to find my report to refresh my memory. Its possible it seemed less than reality as the place is big and wasn't very busy at the time. If your home country lets you take out more subject to declaration, then just take a withdrawal acknowledgment from your bank where you drew it out, and then you will need to declare it going into other countries. All this is to stop tax evasion in your home country, and keep out Mafia types in the counties you visit, but if you roll up into Thailand with money you can declare it. Travlex cards are about 5% dearer than using you own bank's ATM card, or at least that was my experience in Thailand and Vietnam, and why I stopped selling them.
If you will be in Thailand for a long time then open a bank account there, the rules are getting a little tighter, but they won't steal your money, you could bring a bank draft made out to you for deposit after you open the account. Most banks will not let you open an account and deposit a cheque at the same time, a few days later is no problem.
