1. His number spread on the forum like fire with every one calling him for a bang driving up the prices.
2. Desperation of people who paid him exorbitant prices in first place.
You have to understand the market dynamics. When there is such demand and with girls running short he has to keep up service by charging to selected few. I don't blame him.
