Over the past 10 years my general success rate for it "just happening" with the girls I choose runs at about 25% in Bangkok and 0% in Pattaya. That is way too low a success rate to be paying money for what will then turn out to be a likely middling BBBJCIM at best and no sex at all at worst. The math simply does not support the idea. Sometimes promotion ladies take the job because its the only bar job their Thai boyfriends will let them do. The Thai boyfriend will often hang around nearby, maybe playing pool, watching the lady.
