Cheers[/QUOTE]Not really familiar with this hotel. Should be rather new. Unless the place is ran by some NGO, humanitarian fanatics, I think it should be ok. During my time there, Cambodian hotels generally turn a blind eye, as long as you stay polite and respectful and be discrete. And of course, the girl (s) should behave the same. As long as nobody make the scene, it should be alright.

Sigh.

Phnom penh has not changed so much for the worse. Places like Sharkeys and probably Martini are boring and tired for me though.

The bars still have shitloads of nice girls.

I may have an advantage because I live here and I speak some khmer but I meet pretty girls every night who will go home for twenty or twenty five dollars.

Except that I never talk about money, it is assumed that we both know the fee.

I live near five bars in st110 and each has a few pretty girls.

The other night I went to the new air force bar in st 104, there was an opening party and there were heaps of pretty girls from all the bars.

Rue pasteur has some nice girls, try my lien, the k bar and the sky lounge further north.

As for hotels, boutique hotels don't want mongers.

Thats the billabong, nine, villa langka, the pavilion and his other two hotels, kabiki and blue lime.

Cambodina is fine as are naga, raffles and my favourite for its proximity to the bars in 136, amari watergate.

No one wants to see the barang romping in the pool with his fuck doll or two.

There are still some lovely girls here, although the best ones seem to be snapped up and taken from the bars very quickly nowadays.

Thought it might have been just be a bad week to be visiting PP, but I'm sad to hear that it hasn't gotten any better. Hopefully it's just the quiet season and things will pick up soon.

On the upside for me personally, met a nice Vietnamese girl at the Walkabout a couple of visits ago who I've been with a few times now. There is a massage fishbowl on the 3rd floor. I believe the price of the massage is between $5-7 for 1 hour. Most of the girls can't speak any English. Has more of a local crowd. Girl should asked around $30. They should accept $20 or $25; not sure how much lower they will go.

The price of the room should still be $15. If you are a newbie tourist, they will try to charge you $18.

Rooms need to be refurbished. A/C is noisy. Some of the beds need to be replaced.

But the rooms are clean. There is free wi-fi. Decent restaurant on the ground floor (They also deliver). They have a very good laundry service (500 riel to 1500 riel per piece including ironing and clothes ready the same day if you give it to them before noon).

If you want peace and quiet after 6AM, ask for a room facing the back because the rooms in front face Kampuchea Krom which is a major street (Third world Asians constantly honk their horn starting at sunrise).

Finally made it to Phnom Penh. In short, much better than Thailand. It reminds me of the Thailand of old, reasonable prices and beautiful ladies. I went top Zanzi bar and Rose. Bar fine is $5 and the ladies often tell you to pay them what you want. But I always take care of the ladies without upsetting the market prices and keeping them low. I stayed at Raffles, which is nice and clean and girl friendly. I had been there for 3 days before deciding to go out. Picked up one lady at the Rose my first night on the town. She was slim and cute but a dead fuck in bed. Couldn't give head if her life depended on it. So her BJ skills were in line with what I have read on this thread. I have stayed before and the pool is the big attraction but am reading on normal review sites that it is closed for renovation (something the whole hotel needs). Any info from on the spot would be appreciated.
