Going to start off by stating everything is relative. So take the comments for what they are, what works for you / me may not meet someone else's expectations. I purposely picked slow season to avoid large crowds. Was worried about rain but it's been sunny everyday!

I pre-arranged transfer from BKK via Nam's Taxi. Since it was past midnight, ride to Pattaya was just 90 minutes for 1400 thb. Top notch service. Skip the bus. Staying at 5-star hotel just few minutes from Central Pattaya / Festival. Spacious accommodations w / large hot tub next to the bed. Being close to Central Pattaya was helpful as I had all my meals on the top 2 floors. Lots of restaurant options. Meal costs had been between 600 1000 thb. I can't imagine eating at any of the open space restaurants around the area in fear of getting food poisoning & ruining my trip. Not to mention the humidity. Plenty of great mall restaurant options. Another nice mall is Terminal 21.

Soapies: Went by Honey 2 & 3. None appealed to me even at the highest tier level. And no kidding about the Indians by the bus load. I really wanted to check this off my list because "when in Pattaya" but simply no eye candies. Well at least I saw the fishbowls.

GC (BJ bars): Visited a few highly recommended ones. Didn't like I'm the only customer most of the time. Ladies were all much older than I liked. Disappointing.

Beer Bar: All the ones I've seen had ladies in their 30's thru 50's. Never spotted any attractive ones. There is nothing appealing about these open-air beer bars, except EPL games on the screens.

Beach Rd: Bottom of the barrel. Enough said.

Discos (for freelancers): I recommend Insomnia if you like EDM & 808 if hiphop. Younger crowd for sure. Best time to go is after 2 am when all the gogo bar girls drop in. Be warned it's packed shoulder to shoulder every night.

TF: Use age & weight filters. Hottest girls are bombarded w / messages. Greatest success when reaching those actually 'online' at the moment. Assume all are flakers if you try to set appointment even 1 day in advance. They respond best to those that want to see them "now". Ask for Line ID & carry your communication there. All photos are heavily photoshopped so moderate your expectations. If you think she's a 8 then in-person is probably a 6. So I only reach out to 10's. All had arrived within 30 minutes. ST between 1500-3000 thb. After I posted photo I got flooded with messages & 'likes' so best to have premium to 'appear offline'.

Gogo: This is the place to be if you want to preview what you're getting. PinUp is best for sexy girls. Windmill lived up to its expectations for fun (head upstairs). Every gogo bar has at least one 10. PinUp has quite a few 9's & 10's but if you go too late they'll all be barfined & left with 6's 8's. BF: 1500 thb. ST: 3000 thb. Tipping the mamasans a 100 thb goes a long way during repeat visits. And don't be afraid to turn girls away. Yes, all eyes are on you when you walk thru that door & they all want to be seated w / you.

So far I had only barfined girls from PinUp & Fahrenheit. And girls from TF. ST cost has been 3000 thb. 1 paid 4000 thb for 1 girl. She could have easily been a Victoria Secrets model. But all would be worthy of magazine model. All of them voluntarily bareback (not what I was seeking) & GFE. All stayed 3 4 hrs even though I paid for ST only. Haggling prices is simply not worth it. If you are away from Pattaya for a long time, you can repeat with ladies. Because there is nothing more pleasant for a lady than "customer before."

She can waive any constraints to go with a customer before.
