Stumbled upon this Sauna last week, located at the intersection of Zhongxing Road and Baochang Road (zhong1xing1 lu4 bao3chang1 lu4kou3). There is a convenience store next to the driveway leading into a large courtyard, you will see a large building "Asionics Technology Center" but the sauna is in the first building on your left.
Ask your hotel to write the address in Chinese for a taxi or Lines 3, 4 and 10 of the Metro will get to the Hongqiao Road station and within walking distance (10 minutes).

If you are only looking for a HE, I would suggest a simple massage place. There are some legit places and others that will include HE in their massage offer. What I have found is if the place is a little less glamorous, it is a higher chance they offer HE. You will not have to ask they will take over. It should be easy even if you are shy. Go in and expect a massage or foot wash and if they move it to HE you win. There are many places like this in Shanghai. Read the forum for ideas of places near you.
