Medellin Reports

The clerk at the store probably thought you were sick because they have been telling people not to wear masks unless you are sick. I work in healthcare so I already had N95 rated masks. The problem with them is they do not seal unless they are fitted for you so I seal the bastard with white medical tape.

I have not seen paper towels on the shelf here for a week at least. I managed to get an order of TP from Amazon but now even they are out. I may have enough groceries to last two weeks so sounds like you did good. I am going back out tomorrow and trying again.

I'm home and think (for me) I made the correct decision. When this is over, perhaps we can charter our own jet LOL.

You don't have to charter a flight. There are many ways to get here. You might be subject to a 14 day quarantine. I'm not sure how that is being enforced.

I didn't stock up anything besides a fine bottle of whiskey. All delivery services are still available and you can still get take out from most of the restaurants. What bothered me the most is the gyms are closed, I have run and do strength training outside everyday now. I know I will be more comfortable in Medellin. Now I'm fucking girls in their late 20's and early 30's, I feel sorry for my dick. I can't wait to go back to Medellin.

I can show them my recent test results that I don't have the virus.

As far as girls being scared of foreigners, I think it depends on the individuals involved. As far as freelance chicas, the same thing probably applies.

This is a great time to be in Medellin from a mongering perspective since the economy and peso are taking a hit. I had a great session yesterday, BBBJ and all, didn't notice a difference. Gustos and those spots are closed.

Still plenty of chicas walking around Lleras and Centro. Haven't been to Mayorista in a long time, but I would think it is the same there. With the blockade, there are less gringos around so might even be a good time to check out New Life LOL. The girls are seeing less gringos now just by virtue of the ban so I think that will alleviate some of the Xenophobia.

Lots of paper towels and toilet paper but liquid bath and hand soap are out of stock in two D1's I tried. Exito told me to come back today and sure enough they had restocked most brands.

Well, yes, of course everybody wants to be here. I am a little surprised to see guys outlining logic for what I personally would regret. Being stuck in a cold climate scrounging for soap, food, and toilet paper. Everybody's situation is different, there is no wrong or right answer. If I thought I would be at more risk for getting coronavirus or not have access to a doctor, or if I were in poor health to begin with I would probably have blown town. I'm happy to be where I am.

Negotiate with them to take you to Turbo, Colombia. Catch a bus from Turbo to Medellin. Bring lots of cash.
