I happened to go to BC both times in an instant so didn't bother to check on nearbuy.
As far as extra charges, the owner did ask me just massage, and I replied yes.
I learnt from J Spa that the owner takes 30% of the money paid to these girls. However if we pay them directly they get to keep a larger share or may be all of it.
Also I feel it is easier negotiating with the girl and it can be a fun process as well, as it happened in BC last time.
