Am coming to Phuket in the middle of August as part of a group. We are staying at the Angsana Laguna resort. This seems to be far from the well known places in Phuket. Any recommendations close by to the resort for massage and FS places.

Don't have much experience with Phuket town, but if you're in Patong, Soi Kepsap or any of the massage places on Rat you Thit, basically any massage place in Patong will offer FS. When I was last there in November I was offered FS at every place I went to in Patong.

I will be in Phuket later this year and am planning to stay at Panwa beach which is quite a bit away from the main action areas of Patong (according to Google Maps). Can anyone provide any guidance for pickup bars in and around Panwa cape like Tiger or Suzies's. Will be definitely going to Katherine's in the town but am looking for some overnight company in my hotel in Panwa.

I was last in Karon in 2003 and there was a good bar girl scene. But these days it appears to be mostly a family and non punter destination, and is overwhelmed by Russians. I would return but not for sex.
Was in Karon in May, beginning of the low season, for a week. Not there specifically for mongering but spent Friday and Saturday in Patong! Best action I found was around the bottom of Patak Road. , just off the roundabout. Going up from the roundabout, there's several massage places but no-one tempted me to try. Two or three bars on the left and a cluster of 4 or 5 proper beer bars at the end of the 3rd or 4th street on the left. 300 bar fine and 1500 short or long time. Further up, 4 or 5 bars in an alley on the right Aussie bar at the entrance. Opposite is the best bar in Karon. It's run by Ladyboys (and has a fantastic hard-driving rock band and the Russian girls going wild! Buy 1 or 2 drinks for the LBs and things happen for you. Was presented with a couple of impossibly looking girls "from Isaan" and they have a room upstairs. Word of warning: was negotiating to take one girl back to the hotel when the LB organizing was asking whether the Hotel checked ID. Turns out she's seventeen.
There's another cluster of beer bars 3 kilometers down beach Road at the first street on the left. Wasn't there during peak hours so can't comment.

Sorry for not being completely explicit in my post, but I'll happily answer your questions one by one.
Day 1 - We had sex. She made her excuses afterwards to leave that night and I was happy to let her go. I like to sleep alone.
Day 2 - Yes, I spent some money. I had a good night out. Beats hanging around on my own. It could also be the time of the year. I was there 2 weeks ago at the peak of off season and most of the places you mention were swatting flies for a living.

I hope everyone is safe and sound. I'm arriving in Phuket in November and staying in the Tri Trang area. I will be making trips down to Patong and Bangla Road and wanted to know if anyone can recommend some decent, no questions asked short term rates (90 minutes to 2 hrs) hotels in the Patong Beach area. I doubt I would be able to get any company called out to where I'm staying. What sort of rates am I looking at for a two hour room in Patong?

Once I asked in pattaya forum how thais treat Indians. Got some good advises and some racist comments. Well, I stayed in old phuket resort. First three days I was busy in island hopping and sight seeing. On the fourth day I walked to the karon circle. Right there on first floor there is one message parlor. 4/5 girls were there. At this point I should mention that I thought girls would be rude because of my brown skin. Contrary to that they were quite friendly. Took one slim girl. She quoted 1400 THB for an hour.
