My opinion is that most Farangs will bother to file, so reading his account of actually doing his Thai taxes will be interesting.

A large number of Farang men travel to Pattaya to find a girlfriend.
So, for them, it is very important whether their target has a boyfriend or husband.
You may not have a high regard for guys who are in Thailand looking for a mate, but you can't deny that they exist.
So, explaining to them (and, yes, some read this forum) that a large percent of bargirls are married or living with Thai men is useful.
As opposed to pretending that bargirls are mostly single.
Of the ladies who have been in my rotation, 50% have retired with a Farang boyfriend, sponsor or husband. Of those, maybe 50% have a Thai husband, boyfriend or kik.
Obviously, those who have Farang sponsors (guys who send money for nothing from home) can live with their Thai man. The rest have to see their Thai man on the sly.
I am currently in Guangzhou with a Thai lady who has a Farang husband and a Thai boyfriend. She just dropped her second Thai boyfriend, which elevated her kik to boyfriend status.

I guarantee you that no matter what you post on either of these topics, every person reading will do what they want no matter what you post.They will learn from experience. Nothing you say will stop them from listening to their small head and getting involved with a Pattaya bar girl and nothing you say will make them file their Thai taxes. But you are correct, guys who do stupid things like hook up with a bargirl as a "girlfriend" won't pay any attention to advice.
I mentioned before that 50% of the ladies in my rotation have been taken out of service by Farangs. So, hooking up with a bargirl is not a sure fail, as some do succeed over the long haul. It does depend on the circumstances.
I had one Agency girl coming over to my condo weekly. Her "thing" at the Agency was she did anal.
So, she was a regular, until one day, she locked her Facebook account, and posted "in a relationship since 2022".
I guess her Farang boyfriend came back to Thailand.
