Just got back from Tashkent (July 16th - 22nd) and here's my brief report:

Compared to last November, didn't find the locals as hospitable -- must be the heat. At least compared to here in Wash DC, the heat's somewhat dry. J Smokers, Gasthaus are closed. Apparently the owner ran into "problems" with the local powers that be, or wannabe. The fireworks are in the making--the locals say with a murmur, best to keep your head down, and hers even lower.

Speaking of hers.... the GF and I were having some issues so I had a few nights to troll. Stayed at the Dedeman so Diplomat was a convenient five minute walk.

Went there on Monday and Tuesday and frankly found the place manageable, they even waved the dress code and let me in with shorts on Tuesday. If any of you were there on the 21st, I was the Chinese-American standing by the service bar, by himself. Must be the shorts. Met Elvira, one of the Mamasans, who hangs out with her stable by the service bar area. Asking price was $100 LT and introduced to Olga, a very attractive 21 year old Russian Dyev from Tashkent. Since I didn't want to make the local news lest my GF walk in on us, I was basically doing recon.

I thought the talent was mostly mediocre. DD, Prosal and Zingadoon's observations on our South Asian friends are spot on. I find them equally obnoxious in Dubai, though in Tashkent we're talking about South Asian team B or even C players. They, however, are not the only untouchables around. In any event, I stay clear of these neanderthals.

2200 to 2600? And I thought 2025 to the Dollar was great (it was 1603 at the Dedeman!).

VFM Tashkent's a great place. For long term visitors it's a gold mine. Eye candy's everywhere and the ladies have no qualms about dressing to kill. For week long visitors like myself, homework's more than key and much thanks to everyone on this board. I should be back in October for a b'day and will try the strip clubs.

BTW, the liquor pricing was definitely reasonable, especially vodka. On the other hand, the Dedeman wanted to charge me for anything they could think of -- $3.00 for a small bottle of still water, and $11.00 for a Baltika by the pool? No thanks.

I agree at 110% with you, with 1-2 weeks often it is a matter of lucky, on longer stays it is only a matter of..... how many girls you are able to handle at same time :D

Well, I have couple of contacts in Minsk from mamba and 2 weeks still of holidays, I cannot answer you right not, let's see later.

I can decide today and be in Minsk in 2 weeks, so no problem to organize it, I just will decide later, but I think you can do it very well in Minsk for 2 months, when the only problem will be what to do to kill the times during week days, but going to gym, fitness center and so on, can be a solution.

After starting out with 4 strikes, I now have a 0.5 strike rate after 10 days in town.

All 5 girls have insisted on getting paid when I was about to stick my dick inside them. All the girls received a phone call early morning (my brother or my sister) and suddenly had to rush home. In my experience, the girls are very quick to strike a deal (how much money & time). As soon as you have a deal, they want to leave the disco ASAP. The Tashkent hoes are not party girls!

I did have a great time with a vodka-loving "crazy girl" (other girls call her that) from Diplomat. She wanted to go home to take care of her daughter, but dozed off and woke up at 6 PM!

Monday night in Diplomat was total mayhem. When I arrived around 11.30, Diplomat was already packed. Every seat at every table was taken by... fucking Pakis. The few girls already working were pulled in all directions. Every girl who walked in was simply mobbed. I went to Juliano & got a great girl who stayed until early afternoon.

I am travelling in Uzbekistan at the moment, after having spent about 2 weeks in Tashkent. I got dates with 12 (no joke) girls from all social classes/backgrounds (waitresses, students, educated middle/high class, a model/TV presenter, etc.), both russians and uzbeks. Ages from 18 to 27; 3 christians, the rest muslims; english/french/russian speaking; contacted via internet or on the spot. I scored 0. (FYI: I am in my late 20's, reasonably good-looking and well-clad; speak no russian except for a few common words).

My impression is that girls are way too traditional here and not that friendly/easy going, even though almost all of them openly told me that they were looking for foreign husbands as they did not like Uzbek men. I found very difficult to communicate with them, as most did not always reply to my calls/sms and claimed to be busy. They are not naive: they are looking for husbands, not for adventures with short-term foreigners. Most (even the russians) have ridiculous curfews, having to be back home before 22.00 or even 21.00 (one at 20.00!). They are constantly checked by their families (brothers, mothers).

I am sorry to go against the enthusiastic reports by master mongers such as Prosal and others, but my advice is: if you are coming to Tashkent to fuck freebies and do not have 30+ days at your disposal or absolutely good contacts that you have already 'heated' before your arrival, better u go somewhere else. It is true, girls are stunners; I personally like them very much, especially the Uzbeks (although u can almost say they have no breasts!). But again, for short stays a good amount of luck is needed to score one.

On the other hand, Uzbekistan is a wonderful country, people are very hospitable, life is cheap.

As for pros, I found a nice one in Diplomat (Uzbek, 25 yo). She asked 100 USD LT, had also to pay 30 at the hotel for registration. Overall a good experience, no rush, asked for more sex after the first session. Gave me her number; I called a few days later and invited her for dinner but that night I was not in the mood to fuck her (I was a bit disturbed by the smell coming from her mouth); she wanted to go to the hotel and was happy with only 20 usd. I declined and promised I would call her another time. Offered her some 10 usd but declined and only took taxi money (about 3 usd).

Another pro was arranged by the security of my hotel. Same asking price, no bargain (and for short-time!). I was curious and horny so I tried. A 26 yo, red-haired (tinted) Russian girl knocked my door, and I say ok, come in. In spite of the heavy make-up and the really pro attitude, the experience was not bad. She was friendly and chatty and had a great ass.

Juliano club is closed, as well as several others centrally-located open-air venues (cafe/bars).

Diplomat-s on Friday was full of Indians/Pakis and fewer (mostly ugly) girls, Saturday was full of beauties and much fewer men. The girls on Friday were of such a poor quality that I did not take any.

(Nice) freebies are extremely hard to approach, all the more so if u don't speak Russian. At least two ignored my attempts; these girls can be usually found in groups of 3-4; they dance and have fun and behave like goddesses. They are no different from any other beautiful and self-confident girl in the 1st world (perhaps even worst).

Also, beware of party hoes at Diplomat-s. It is true that most (serious) working girls prefer to get straight to the job. I met a nice babe who made me buy her cigarettes and many (fortunately inexpensive) glasses of champagne, we danced/flirted until 5am, then she completely lost interest in me as a local boy approached her (I guess some kind of bf). I had fun with her, but I went back to the hotel empty-handed.

Tashkent is a real disappointment.

I observed this several times in Diplomat. After spending time with other guys, a girl hooks up with a young local kid near closing time. They dance, then walk out together. On the street outside Diplomat, they hook up with some Arab. After some discussion, the girl gets into the Arab prick's car. The guy walks off alone.

In Tashkent, all I could do was observe behavioral patterns. Listening in on conversations would have taught me a lot more, but I don't speak any of Uzbekistan's languages.

Purely based on observation, I believe there are pimps hanging out in Diplomat. They are young locals, whom I suspect to be low-level mafia representatives. Do any ISG members really know the inner workings of the Tashkent P4P scene?

The culture there is different from the West. Sometimes even working or "semi-working" girls do strange things.

She may come to your place to do the "job", then she may change her mind and does not want any money.

Another one would sleep with me but would not with my friend, telling him that she know him for too long.
